I understand that it's a medical facility, however, I'm not working out if I'm sick and they don't treat sick patients but that's my opinion.

The Park Nicollet on line systems to offer and support their services completely suck. They mention a "reserve a spot in line" feature, but then never offer a way to access it. The published on-line current wait time was 45 minutes, but there wasn't even a line when we arrived and workers said it was very quiet with no patients. The workers there can't do anything about PNs crummy systems so I won't blame them. Check-in was quick and easy performed by pleasant helpers. I had less than five minute wait to go to the exam room for some initial questions by a very friendly nurse, then was whisked to X-ray. No waiting for X-rays, finished in less than ten minutes, then back to the exam room. Doctor came in a minute later, walking me through the X-rays and diagnosis, very competent and friendly. No one ever hopes for a diagnosis of two broken ribs and a six to 8 week recovery, but getting to it quickly, with a minimum of hassles, performed by competent friendly health care workers was a very good experience for me.

I was quickly directed to main floor desk for check in. Pleasant staff making me feel welcome .A nice waiting area to fill out my form. I waited 10 minutes, then escorted to treatment room. Tech asked me questions about my injury and took my temperature. Recorded our conversation and said doc would be right in. The waiting rooms so clean! Baseboards and walls like new. Exam table, chairs, desk with stool and quiet . I waited about 20 minutes for him, Dr Wissink. Great smile, personable, listened to my story, let me know he was going to record it for accuracy, felt the painful area. Recommended steroids and muscle relaxer with follow up orders IF I needed it for MRI and Physical Therapy. They called in my meds to my pharmacy. His associate followed up with a copy of my visit report. What started out as a day in pain only took me about an hour plus the drive to get a great resolution to my issue. Just outstanding!!! The icing on the cake? My meds were ready at my pharmacy by the time I got there. I had no idea there was urgent care for orthopedics Northland Plaza main floor to the left by escalators. I had been there to third floor for rehab after shoulder surgery two years ago. Parking was ample at the 8100 building in the ramp or on the grounds. Every time I go there I am impressed with the feeling of a clean beautiful lobby with information desk, gift shop and check-in desk. Staff amazing!!! Thank You Tria for a great experience. .

Tria Orthopedic Urgent Care does not bill your insurance as "urgent care". They instead bill it as…read morean office visit, which means you insurance doesn't cover it like an urgent care visit. Instead by billing this as an office visit you are now out of network. When I inquired about why this was, they actually didn't care and reiterated they would bill my insurance as an office visit, even though my son was seen at an Urgent Care clinic. I will never use this facility again, even though I really liked the care we were given by the actual doctor. And I will also tell everyone NEVER to use this facility.

I was scheduled to have knee replacement two years ago, but I have been able to put that off because of the attention and guidance that I received from Pro Therapy. I was introduced to new approaches for reliving pain in my knees, but the main goal was to strengthen them, with using the onsite exercise machines and through a variety of home exercises that I could do. Dr Brett held me accountable for my exercise routine. Dr Kevin took care of my body pain with needling, accupressure, muscle stimulation, cupping and general guidance with his extensive knowledge of how the muscles do and do not work within the body. I enjoyed feeling like I was their only patient for the day. They remembered our last conversation and we could discuss our favorite places to eat and recipes to try or interesting movies or TV shows. I truly felt like a valued member of their team or family. I had called to schedule my appointment and scheduled it for 8:45 am, they told me to arrive 15 mins early for paperwork (standard, no prob). I received a notification late Friday evening saying my appointment was scheduled for 9 am. I was already confused on the different time, so I showed up at 8:35, i filled out the paperwork, then waited, and waited and waited. At 9:18 I was taken back by a chiropractic assistant to go into this office that I was instructed to watch a 7 minute video. It was a waste of time! Then when the video was done, I waited and waited and waited. I finally went back and the doctor and I talked about pains and he said he wanted me to do xrays, no prob as I know this is normal for chiropractors. But there was SO MUCH time I was just sitting by myself waiting. I thought a new patient appointment would be efficient and make me feel like I am cared about but all the excess time spent waiting I was just glad the appointment was free. I am definitely not going to continue care with them based on the experience I had.
