A mopnth after the driveway was poured, it started cracking ALL THE WAY though the concrete, started cucking off the top layer all over the driveway and a huge section in the middle of the driveway broke right off. He was to pour ( per his contract ) 4 inches of concrete, and when the broken sections and cracked sections were breaking off, it was discovered he only poured 3 inches niot 4 ! When I questioned him about this, he just said " oh "..... Since then, the driveway is cracking and breaking off all over, the top inch of the driveway has disintegrated off and is all rough and rocky. I had a third party come in to assess the reason why and was told that it was becasue iof Connor's poor finishing process. I contacted Connor and relayed this to him and he said he wopuld replace the driveway this summer. Repeated emails, calls, certified letters, BBB complaints have all gone unanswered by him whichh just shows his character. I now have a driveway that is broken, cracked and disintegrating after paying him a HUGE anount of money to do it. It was a circus and very unprofessional the whole time he was installing the defective driveway. Workers did not show, workers would bring their kids ( and the kids would run through the fresh concrete ). Connor promised he would replace the driveway due to his shoddy work, and has since ghosted me and is not answering any type of communication I have tried. Do NOT trust his work or his character or you will be on the losing end of the deal like I am now . He got my money and I have a crumbling broken driveway !!

To say that you are presenting all the facts, well llet's just leave the story telling to the time lapse camera of the project. That will tell those all they need to know about the "quality and professional" work you claim to do. The truth is that I don't have to tell anyone that contacts me about your lack of pool knowledge. I just show them the video and photos and invite them over to take a look for themselves. I have even had your own family members contact me and apologize for you. I've had people contact me asking how much I paid you, claiming you owe back child support. Don't blame your failures and lies on me. Might this be why you are asking people to pay you cash and why you are so mad you received a 1099? Yes Pat, I did terminate our contract, after I gave you many chances to make things right. But your lies kept stacking. I wasn't going to spend my winter hoping you would finally start telling the truth. You had months to do a project that should have taken 2-3 weeks. So yes Pat, I got a competent pool builder to fix your mess, and in the process found out so much more about you then anyone could have bargained for. Pat, I truly hope you wake up and start to do the right thing and stop lying and taking advantage of people. At the very least, do the right thing for your own family, especially your daughter.
