My experience with Cosmo Clinic has been disappointing and frustrating. For several weeks, I had a…read morevirtual consultation scheduled with Dr. Hilde Bjærke, but at the last moment they cancelled it without explanation. After that, they offered only one rescheduling option, at my request (they didn't automatically offer it when they abruptly cancelled the original appointment), which didn't work for me. I asked what guarantee there was that they wouldn't arbitrarily cancel last minute again with no explanation, and they refused to answer. Once again, they didn't offer any other time slots, I had to ask. And then they then offered me options 2-3 weeks in the future, not at all considering that I have already been waiting weeks for the now-cancelled appointment. And once again, they offered no guarantee that the appointment would not again be cancelled at the last moment with no explanation. I can't tell if their attitude is apathy, a lack of professionalism, or arrogance, but I am totally turned off at this point. I don't want a clinic or a doctor of mine to have any of those qualities.
