He answered questions patiently and was never patronizing. Lynn, his assistant always returned calls promptly and answered any questions I had. She has since left, but my brief interaction with his new assistant does not lead me to believe she'll be any different. I have only two complaints about this office. First, when I called for my initial appointment and ask for an appointment as soon as possible, they got me an appointment with Dr. Meyer. The problem was, he was a hand doctor and not a knee doctor. I was just getting an assessment at the time and when I decided to do my surgery, I had to do a new assessment with Dr. Weiss. So basically, the money I paid for my first appt would have been just as well served being flushed down the toilet. Even though I asked for an appointment as soon as possible, I would have been willing to wait a week or two if I had known knees was not Dr. Meyer's expertise and that Dr. Weiss would have ended up being my surgeon anyway. My other complaint is that the fee for the surgery covers the surgery itself and follow-up visits. What they neglected to tell me was that the follow-ups were covered only up to 6 months. When Dr. Weiss asked to see me "in three months", the appointment ended up 1 week after the 6 month time frame. So I had to pay for it (insert flushing noise here). Overall, I was very happy with Dr. Weiss and the work he did on my knee. I'm slightly perturbed at spending more than I needed to in this office, but now I know what questions to ask. The office is a little dated, but that doesn't change the type off services offered. He also does house calls, so if you're not able to stop into the clinic, you can call and schedule a house visit! I would highly recommend Dr. Yer !

I didn't really look into and follow up. My experiences have gotten worse. I'm good and done with Entira. Disinterested, rushed appointments, therefore general recs and prescriptions. Patients must research and suggest treatment plans. Do not take patients' side effect or systemic effect concerns seriously. Communication is extremely poor; can't bother to respond to messages or transfer/authorize prescriptions when needed; prescriptions one has been on for years. You better hope it is not a lifesaving med, because if you run out it seems to be of no real concern for them to respond to refill or pharmacy transfer requests in a timely manner. Can't bother to return calls or update you in regards to any care- and this is the "Patient Care Coordinator". Marked/notes and referral in patient records, but neglected to inform me/update me about it at all. I only know because it is noted in Patient Portal; which I saw months after the fact- after having found my own specialist and begun care already. I'll be finding a new doctor and clinic.

Their billing department is a mess and refused to work with me. I will NEVER be back and I would NEVER be able to recommend Enitra to anyone. STAY AWAY! Save yourself a headache and some money and find a clinic that cares about you more than money.
