I had been taking my car to the dealer or Firestone because I want reputable service. When I had an emergency and couldn't be seen right away, I researched and found Al. They are trustworthy, the prices are fair, and certainly less than what I had been paying at the dealer and Firestone. But most of all, they have great quality service and are honest. However, they forgot fluids a couple times and I just had to replace my oil pan for 250$ plus labor because they've been over tightening the drain plug so much they stripped it out. Could tighten these things by hand and have no problem, but somehow they over tighten. Called the manager and explained that I could see where they added washers they last time just to keep the plug in, but they wouldn't honor the work and proceeded to blame it on the new place that simply removed the plug.
