When I got my order there were 5 pair of jeans missing. I called CS, explained got a refund. The other jeans I returned I store. However the jeans rung up 5 dollars cheaper. Which is not what I paid. I want my full refund of what I paid. I did t use no discount codes when I ordered but I looked online, there were discounts added. So the guy told me he was going to put the credit back on my card. Ok cool. I waited 3 hours. Called back and was told the credit was put on my account. So now I going to dispute this charge.​

The stock, however, is hit or miss. If you are looking for polo shirts and tees, you will have no trouble finding your size and color. However, for many of the other items, the selection is large, but they might not have all the sizes. The store is bright, large and clean. I came here in a regular Saturday in June and it was not crowded.

The new Main Event opening this weekend will bring a lot more foot traffic that will hopefully spill over to the other merchants. We spent many late summers, shopping for school clothes. Many winters shopping for coats and boots. And many lunches/dinners were had here! Timberland, Nike, Gap, Old Navy, GUESS are all represented here. And so many more! Coach, Kate Spade, Zales, Movado and Banana Republic are some of my favorites. Johnny Rockets, Nathan's, Chipotle are available for your after movie meal. Did I mention Regal Deer Park movie theater is also here? The ice rink in the winter and holiday decorations according to the season are always lovely. Although I miss The Christmas Tree Shops that went out of business, this is one of my favorite outdoor outlet malls. I must admit, I get lost each and every time I go there! The maps always confuse me...LOL. However, I do manage to always find the restrooms! I always find exactly what I'm looking for here and the prices are reasonable.
