The station has side platforms, which means that the doors on the train will open on the right. The station is NOT handicapped accessble which makes dragging your luggage up the stairs a real pain. There is one escalator, but there is not escalator or elevator access all the way between the platform level and street level. That's why I am only rating at A-OK. The ticketing concourse is small but it is staffed. There are kiosks for purchasing tickets or adding value to your Presto card. There are multiple street entrances. The King and Queen cars get stuck in traffic more but come more often than the Carlton Car. I usually take the Carlton car from Landsdowne to the spadina / Bathurst area. Any more east of there I would just take the subway. The Carlton Car goes all the way out to Main Station and one day i will take it from Main all the, but only if I have lots of time to kill.

They were very friendly taking the reservation and said the car would be waiting for him when he arrived. I specifically asked if he would need to call a car or if one would be there because another company I called said he would have to call and wait after clearing customs, which I did not want. They specifically told me he would not have to call and instead a car would be there. Well, he arrived and he had to ask the taxi dispatcher at the airport to call, but the airport didn't have any number for this company. I then had to call to find out what was going on and they said there was no car there so he should just get in the first cab there!! No apology or anything else - just tell him to get in a cab. In fact, they said it would be better because I would save money by taking a regular cab. If I had wanted him to take a cab, I would have had him do that. I wanted a car to pick him up that would be waiting for him as they assured me their car would be. I am really glad I did not prepay with my credit card! I am not sure what they would have done with that situation. Do NOT use this company!

While they offer same day service, I recommend calling ahead to reserve a spot during summer months as busses can fill up quick.
