If you want to experience the Irish Midlands this is the place to go; both my wife and I travel and we try and avoid the touristy areas, preferring instead to spend our time meeting new people, and this trip provided that. This was during one of our drives between cities and this was a wonderful stop. The ambience of the city, the location, and most of all the food was superbly on point and prepared perfectly. Plenty of healthy options, plenty of fresh juice options, and plenty of options for those with dietary restrictions. I'm looking forward to returning sometime in the near future and hopefully bringing some of my friends back with me.
