I had rented 25 chairs for my 19th and they were perfectly fine! I didn't necessarily rent a jumper lol so my experience wasn't all that bad at all. For 75¢ a chair my total came out to $18.75 and I had to leave a deposit of $60. I picked them up with no problem and I dropped them off with no problem! Only reason I won't be giving it a 5 star rating is because of their lack of communication to each other, I had asked if I can take the chairs a day earlier and they said yes and so I went to pick them up a day earlier and it took awhile for me to leave with the chairs because other than their being confusion at the desk, a guy in the back wouldn't give me the chairs until he went to speak to someone Everything else... perfect! The young man I worked with was always very courteous and patient with me and the multiple amount of times I needed to change elements of our order for the large city event. I emailed them a few times I got one response back. I called for tables & chairs they said they were available and to text so I did . Again they said they were available . The morning of my party I got a text saying they were unable to deliver but I could pick up. If I was able to pick up I would have gotten them cheaper or free elsewhere. also it's very unprofessional to text the morning OF the event to let your customer know oh btw we can't deliver. that should have been said when i asked for delivery. now i had a few hours to find someone who was available at the very last minute , which wasn't easy. This place is very unprofessional if we are paying $300 for your products and services then you should be able to satisfy the customer. They were rude and did not do what we asked them to. My nieces, nephew, sister, cousin and I had to move it ourselves. Then when my cousin complained to them about what had happened they lied to her and said they couldn't move it because there was only 3 of them there when infact there were 5 of them. Then my mom was translating because they didn't know English and one of the worker's told my mother to bring me back and he'll tell me to my face. They were being aggressive and rude to my family. Got their jumper and chairs/tables and what I liked most about the company is that they delivered the jumper a day before the party and my kids got to enjoy it to themselves before the party. They also delivered and picked up the tables and chairs without extra cost. The combination of renting both saved us $40, rather than going with a different company that wanted to charge me extra for delivery/pick-up (bastards). I was very satisfied with their service. Very friendly and professional. They were fast to book with no problems. They were even willing to accommodate and change location with no problems if it were to rain the day of the party. Easy drop off and pick up time was 6 but I requested early pick up due to ugly weather and they were there within 15 min. They were great. I rented 8 tables ..45 chairs.. a tent and a jumper. Great service from this business! My mom saw a banner of theirs and we were in a pinch to order 50 chairs.. Called Saturday around noon, confirmed an order for chairs to be delivered Sunday from 8-11. LOVE they were open Saturday, they gave a quote super quick and were cheaper than other places (only $45 and we were able to pay cash) and they were able to deliver on such short notice! Delivery guys were really nice, and got to our house promptly around 8:30 then pick up was next day. wish I would have known about them for my wedding because ordering from them was a breeze! read more

On April 23rd, I just had my grandson's 3rd Birthday Party at my home in 4S Ranch. The previous two birthday parties were at our neighborhood park down the street requiring permits and insurance of one million dollars. The past three years I've used Oscar's Jumpers for each venue, and all three years they've come through for me each and every time. First and foremost their costs can't be beat. I've done my research and all the other competitors don't even come close to Oscar's. The competitors may have fancy showrooms with staff to attend to your every need. But, you'll pay BIG BUCKS for that. If you want to pay triple the costs, and need someone to handhold you renting party equipment with a fancy showroom, then Oscar's is not for you. However, if you're looking for quality jumpers, tables and linens, etc at a GREAT PRICE, then call Oscar's Jumpers for all your party needs. No need to waste gas driving to their store, just tell them what you need over the phone. I do this every year now. Jose is one of the sons and Oscar is the father of this small business. I write this as I sit and wait in their office.. yet again today for this unprofessional company. Putting OSCARS JUMPERS on blast... what a horrible experience with them. We contracted to have a jumper for a charity 5k run at 7am to noon, I gave all my permit information to them when to went into his shop, per his request. I paid in full, which I didn't need to do but just wanted to have it done with. They didn't show up until 1035 am AND we're rude. Not apologetic but blaming ME for their incompetence. Then they made me sit around and wait almost 45 mins to come back and pick it up. Again not apologetic. So instead of talking to me the kid says I now have to drive to national city to talk to Oscar. He immediately said if I need to have a police escort to call the police. Wtf? They ignored over a dozen of my phone call attempts this morning, and when I Finally got someone on the phone he said 5 mins. 40 mins later ... no jumper. I'm beyond disappointed and won't be using them again for anything. Let's see what he says when I wait for another 30 minutes for them to show up. I've already waited on them all day long and when I called to complain, they blamed it on being busy. I don't care if you're busy, I care about the contract I signed, the bounce house I paid for, and the time that you were SUPPOSED to show up at. Ridiculous. So they finally showed up and when I explained what was going on they didn't care. Oscar kept saying that they called all morning long and I didn't pick up. Bull*$#! My cell phone didn't show any of their numbers as missed calls so that was a lie. Then they said they didn't know if I'd be there for drop off. .. wait, whaaaat?! Look at the contact, I requested set up at 7am. Why the hell would you claim that you called me at 830am for drop off confirmation ?!?!! YOU ARE ALREADY 1.5 HOURS LATE! We went round and round and rouuuuuuuund with getting my money back. I reiterated that this was a fundraiser for charity and my client's son had DIED and we were celebrating him during this event and that we had sold wristbands to participants to use the jumper. .... he ruined my event for the kids. He said he would refund half my money. The jumper was $85, why can't I have all my money ?!?! Ohhh it's because I said that they could set it up when they got there, so if I refused drop off I'd get all my money.. Ummm Noooooooo that's not how this is going to work buster.... I get a full refund. So he told me that if I wanted a full refund I'd have to sue him. Really?!?! Ok sooooo see you in court buddy. I informed him that I would see him in court and walked out of there. Several minutes later, on my drive home, I received a phone call from his daughter ( the same one that was rude and hung up on me earlier) and she had done a 180... so apologetic and nice...asking me to come back for a full refund. I turned around and went back. Once I got there they were very nice, saying if they knew it was for a charity thing then they would've dropped it off for free. Ummm I already asked him for a discount when I booked it since it was a charity event, he said that he didn't give any discounts. I told them this is what I do for a living and they ruined a good relationship because I would've used then exclusively for my events if this went well. I smiled sweetly as I took my check back, offered to sign on the contract/receipt that I received my check back (which he insisted that I pay in cash when I signed the contract, which is a big no no for me, I write checks for my company events) and I left. They offered discounts and all this other stuff to me but I won't be back. My client was so stressed and upset over them not being there, so that made me look bad and I hate seeing my clients unhappy. You messed up buddy... bummer for you. read more

I'm giving 2 stars because I've had 2 out of 3 good experiences. But this weekend I needed a jumper for my daughters birthday party so I called and ordered one for Sunday. The last 2 have been Saturday and those were fine. They drop them off Friday and pick them up Sunday. For 60 dollars that's not bad. But this time they came on Sunday around 3 to "pick it up" except we had never received it so they gave us one which I assume they had just picked up from someone else because it was full of sticks and dirt. They also charged me 65 instead of the normal 60. Then, told me they'd be picking it around noon and when I went out at 9:45 it was already gone. So I paid 5 extra dollars for a dirty jumper for less than a day. read more

When deciding which company to choose, I read...and re-read reviews from lots of other companies and the horror stories of the jumper and tables never being delivered and the lack of customer service that some customers experienced was really disgusting. When I enquired about the cost of their jumpers they informed me they had a package deal where you get a jumper, 4 tables, and 40 chairs for $100. They even asked me what the party theme was, and they told me they could decorate the jumper accordingly, which was awesome. They delivered the jumper, tables and chairs the afternoon before the birthday party, and showed us how to turn it on, which was a breeze. I have been using Oscars jumpers for years along with my family. I have never had any issues with them and neither has my family except this last time. I asked for a jumper with a slide in which I got delivered to my house but the jumper was incredibly dirty from the inside out and there was a tare inside which allowed the smell from the blower to come into the jumper and it was awful. I contacted them sent them pictures and they did the right thing by switching it out for me with a new one. The owner himself actually came out and switched it himself which I appreciate. He let me know that somebody was going to come tomorrow between 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. to pick up the bouncer. When nobody stopped by at 1:30 p.m. I messaged them and they let me know they couldn't give me a time frame but that somebody would give me a call before showing up . then 7pm came around and I let them know it was getting late and that somebody needed to pick it up because nobody was going to be home tomorrow and then they tell me that they've been calling me and that I haven't been picking up which is not true. if that was the case why wouldn't the workers notify the person I've been texting all day? They are a great business but the person that takes the orders lacks communication skills. They didn't pick up the bouncer until Monday afternoon and I didn't get a call. I also had to reach out the day before to confirm the delivery time and date for the jumper and the chairs. Like I said lack of communication. read more

Well, I'm not sure where I stand with this company. Where I work, they've been nothing but great. Sure we rent quite an amount of chairs, and recently jumpers for our events. But, now that I am interested in renting for a private smaller party, I don't get any returned phone calls, or I get voice messages that are left too late.
