BB's Eco Jumps provided a great experience for our son's 3rd birthday party. I got a great deal for a good sized bounce house as well as tables and chairs. The employee came 30 minutes early and set everything up on time. He also returned on time to deconstruct/pack everything up. The pricing was very reasonable and cheaper than others I got quotes from. The bounce house was clean and looked to be in great shape. They take credit card or cash. I had to share my experience: 1. I messaged Eco Jumps the Tuesday before my twin girls birthday party to check availability last minute for a bounce house. Steven was quick to respond, very professional and patient. 2. Steven sent all the necessary info I needed for the permit very quickly. 3. Steven's price was incredibly competitive for what we wanted. 4. I reserved the bounce house with a non-refundable deposit for that weekend and got the permit. 5. My wife, worried about the weather, wanted to change locations to our house from a park. Steven walked me through that process and said he'd do whatever he could to make it work. 6. My wife, now more worried about the weather, decided on another option for the weekend and asked me to cancel. 7. Not only was Steven gracious and cancelled, he refunded the deposit. BB's Eco Jumps were awesome! I kind of called last minute (like the week before) to rent a jumpy for a birthday party. Told him I'd have 10-15 kids ages 2-10 and they gave me a couple of options. Only needed $25 deposit, took my info and told me a timeframe they'd show up. Set up quickly no problems. My party started late (3pm) so I asked what time they would pick up the jumpy (wanted to make sure it wasn't at the beginning of the party). Very disappointing experience last weekend. Jumper was supposed to deliver at 8am and my kids were all very excited. I texted and called multiple times from 8 -10am and there was no response from anyone at the company. Very stressful to have my small children upset on such a special day. I finally received a call from someone at the company at approximately 10:30am asking if his driver had arrived at our home which they had not. My daughter's birthday party was scheduled to begin at 11am. Luckily I was able to contact a different company at 10am and they were at my house setting up the jumper within 30 minutes. This was a very upsetting experience and BB Eco Jumps dropped the ball. Will not use them again. read more

I can't recommend this company enough. Steven was super easy to work with and the prices aren't just comparative, they blow away the competition. The bounce house was clean, high quality, and super safe for my 3 year old and her friends (it has a safety function so if it collapses from losing power etc, the bottom is the last to deflate). Steven communicated via phone calls and text, showed up on time (if not a little early) and immediately sent receipts. He has great insurance which our HOA really appreciated. The princess castle bounce house and price ($65 vs $100 anywhere else) were so good that during our party, a friend cancelled with another company and booked this company for her daughter's birthday party next month. We rented the Disney 4-in-1 bouncy in late March. Steven is great. He arrived on-time to set up the bouncy, and set it up in no time. The bouncy was clean, and held up well throughout the afternoon, even under the duress of a few large adults (in addition to the dozen or so kids who spent a few hours in there). The price was excellent - as good or better than any other I researched prior to choosing BB's Eco Jumps. In addition to the above, when Steven came by to pick up the bouncy at the prescribed time, he let a few kids who were walking by with their father to try it out. If that weren't enough, a few weeks later Steven set up a large obstacle course bouncy at Lake Murray Community Park and let kids in the park play on it for free (with their parents' permission, of course). My son and I were lucky enough to be in the area when he did so, so my son got a couple free hours of bouncy fun - as did probably two dozen other kids that I saw in the time we were there. Steven is a condescending ass over the phone, and I'll admit he frustrated me to the point that I called him an effing bi*** and hung up on him. I'm editing here so as to not get deleted but you the gist. Before that however I pointed out that his Groupon, that he ordered, read, paid for and advertised said 50% off at bb's eco jump. Very cut and dry. And in the tone of voice reserved for five year olds, he told me that it meant $20 off the entire purchase. I have a screen shot of the ad and have since re-read it several times just to see if I'm missing something. I'm not. I asked to speak to a manager and he informed me that he was the owner. It wasn't necessarily what he said, it was the way he delivered the information like I was an idiot that couldn't read English. I asked if he would honor his mistake as a good business owner should? He said no. I informed him that it was a dick move. And he informed me that he didn't care. Great way to admit your short comings. I'll never order his service and I'll never recommend his company to anyone. Based on the fact that he doesn't know how to take the arrogance out of his voice or how to speak to a client I can't imagine he does very well in the customer service industry.
