He takes just as good of care with his boat as he does with his clients, and is super accommodating. *The boat was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Had a microwave and stove! Lots of space on the table and seating around it. *Location of the boat was VERY CONVENIENT!! Had a parking lot with lots of space and the marina also had ice (great when you have a cooler/in need of ice for drinks). TIP: Captain Steve was really kind in offering to help us with our cooler, and offered to bring a cart/wagon to put the cooler on to make it easier to bring on the walk to where the boat is docked. *Captain Steve: Not only was he informative about the areas, but he was also a pleasure to have a conversation with. My friends and I had a fantastic experience and enjoyed our time sailing and relaxing , and will definitely sail with captain Steve again this summer!

The Captain of the boat had the audacity to reserve the ViP suite for himself, simply told us it wasn't available The hot tub jacuzzi that is on the top deck was never filled with water, the Captain told us, "it's just for show" The entire week that we were unfortunately spending on Seafarer, the bow of the boat and upper level were never once open for use, keeping everyone in our party confined to the lower level outside table... Had an issue figuring out where to enter the Groupon redemption code on the business' website to redeem it and the captain was so helpful when I called for help and texted me a screenshot of where to enter it. Day of the trip, everything was perfect. The capt and his mates greeted each group as they boarded, the boat left right on time and moved spots a few times to make sure everyone caught fish. There were snacks and drinks we could buy onboard and they collected $5 per person (optional) for the person who caught the biggest fish to win, which added to the fun. What impressed me enough to motivate me to write a review was how absolutely wonderful the captain and mates were with my kids. Starting from when they came around to explain how to use the fishing rods they were patient, helpful, attentive, kind, friendly, and sweet. Any time we needed anything, someone was right there to assist us with a smile. They even let the boys up to the helm to show them all the buttons and levers, let them sit in the captain's chair, wear the captain's hat, and blow the horn and announce to the group to start fishing! The boys had the best time - we all did! Truly was a Father's Day we'll never forget and we can't wait to go again!

It is uncomfortable and hot and really not at all enjoyable for 4 hours. No excuses, this ship's AC is inadequate. The service was friendly but the food was mediocre and nothing special. The scenery of the skyline is what you will go for, but be warned- dress very light, as you will be very uncomfortable throughout your sailing. Sorry Lady Liberty, you don't deserve more than 3 stars.

He told me availability would not be a problem. I call back today and guess what? The same man tells me it's all booked . (For context, I'm still a good 7 weeks out from the date I planned. I am by no means a last minute kind of gal). He didn't so much as offer to put me on a list for cancellations, offer another date, or apologize after HE ADMITTED he was the one who told me not to book the when I called weeks prior.
