We have a large, rustic property that has very rough terrain, and we are trying to turn it into our home. We needed to create outdoor living space and correct some significant problems with drainage and elevation. Before we started work with Two Men & A Hoe, we had some ideas of what we wanted to achieve, but we thought everything about our property was either too expensive or impossible. As soon as they started work, they quickly made us realize that nothing was really impossible, and there were many solutions within our budget. From that point onward, they took every idea we had and made it better than what we had even hoped. They solved problems and provided creative ideas to generate options beyond what we thought possible. All the while, they were very mindful of our time and our budget. Since our fist job with them, we have had them out several times as our ideas have grown, and we will probably have them out again for future projects. The end result is this: we are simply overjoyed. Before Two Men & A Hoe, our outdoor space was not usable. The project timeline was great, they made incredible progress on all days where the weather cooperated, and he kept us informed of next steps every step of the way. I couldn't recommend Rusty highly enough. We talked to 4-5 contractors that were happy to do an estimate and let us figure everything else out, Rusty provided the above and beyond service that we absolutely had to have just to get the project started. In addition, we had to pay the concrete supplier directly to get the footing poured. I have made countless texts and calls to them. They are not answering most of the time and when they do, commitments to call back are not met. The last time on site in late November, Katie and Jamie unrolled the liner, worked for about 2 hours then left after folding the liner back up and leaving it in the yard. Their tools have been sitting in my yard all December and January. Over 75% of the contract payments have been made and I still don't have something I can remotely call a functioning pool.
