It was a specific request. However there was also leaks which took 2 visits to correct. my basement was wet. There was an agreement the boards on the west end would be fixed, which did not happen. The front shingles were left too long and curling over the where water was pouring over the new gutters they installed with leaf guards. I tried to communicate and did not get a good response so I just hired another contractor to correct the problem, while that contractor was here he discovered the back side of the house roof had nothing but shingles across the very back next to the gutters so he said he nailed it down and caulked it. When I notified Mcgees .Frank came out and I told him about it he has a loud voice but he sounded super loud saying you just voided your warranty. When I asked what it would take to fix it to where I would have my warranty he gave me an estimate of over 2K,then he informed me that the color of my shingles(which were not the exact colored I had originally wanted) are not available anymore, and that he would get a close match. Mind you my roof is about 2 years old now. I am very disappointed. They never have returned to repair my brand new gutters. The workers were not local and couldnt speak english very well., they came when I was not home after I specifically asked them to. Threw away all the gutter which I asked them to save for me for a small shed I wanted to put them on. Its not that i want to complain but I really am bothered by the work and from the lack of response of post roof and gutter concerns.No one ever followed up with the gutters. I would not recommend them

Hired to fix a leaky roof, but following the work, the roof still leaks in the same spots! Was told…read morethe work had a two-year guarantee, however it was near impossible to get back in contact with anybody from Danker (several emails and phone calls un-responded to) Once I finally did, they blamed the leaks on the construction of the house, which was absurd. I've tried to get in contact with Danker since then and never got a call back. Save yourself a lot of headaches and go with somebody else.
