The staff are very professional and I even met the owner and she's friendly and seems to care that you have a good experience. Booking was easy, I called or even texted. If there are any cons I guess I would say be sure to book in advance because it's hard to get an appointment within 24hrs. Parking lot is a little small, but I've never had a problem finding a spot. Overall a very good place.
