The facilities are modern and clean. Good secure lockers. Nice showers with I want to say mahogany floorboard. Bring a swimsuit and waterproof sandals. Towels are nice and fluffy, as well as the bathrobe. My massage therapist was excellent, I was a content , relaxed rubber noodle by the end of my session. For my "hot" I enjoyed the eucalyptus steam sauna (taking deep relaxing inhales), and the hot tub waterfall (spent several minutes with the water falling in my head which was very vigorous, then just tilt you head forward for a wonderful shoulder therapy). For my "cold", the cold plunge shower was amazing only needed the 20sec blasts, and the cold plunge tub just pinch your nose and fully submerge for 15-20 seconds. After all of that I grabbed a sofa in the resting area and just decompressed to process the entire morning. I hope to come back here every time I visit Montreal in the future

I was a little disappointed in my experience here. I came in and was quickly greeted and asked to fill out some paperwork. She did explain the sequence of the Nordic spa to me, but I was only coming in for an hour appointment. It was a bit confusing where to place your shoes and what was expected, but I did find the locker rooms, which were clean and spacious. They recommend everyone shower before entering the experience. When inside, it was a very small area, however, the place seemed crowded for the space they had. There were places you could put your towels, multiple places for tea, energy juices, and cold water, which was appreciated. The cold plunge was beautiful, but the sauna could have used cleaning. The massage area was distinct as you walk in on the right, and they hold up a sign with your name on it to meet your therapist and enter the area. Overall, I did think she did a good job, but the price was pretty steep for what ended up being a pretty basic Swedish massage to massage some knots. I don't think I would return simply because there are many other options that are probably more luxurious in the area, but it was worth the try!

We stumble upon this gem during our vacation in Montreal. While walking thorugh the just for laughs…read morefestival, up and down St. Catherine St. we slowly worked our way to the 'Old Port' and passed right through Chinatown. I spotted the sign and returned after our time in old port. Lilly I think her name was greeted me and provide the rates $40.00 1 hr foot and leg massage. Where I live that is easily $95.00 charge so I was all in and booked for the following morning. Foot soak in Chinese herbs and then the real bliss took place. Great attention to pressure as it started relatively light compared to how it finished after the foot, ankle and leg had relaxed. Special strokes around the ankle and top of the foot (base of the toes up the shin) was incredible and the acupressure points in the heel and arch really stimulated a whole lot of well being feelings throughout the body. When she began to work on my plantar fascia(sp?) lookout,,,that was the stuff of legend. If it was feasible I'd return weekly, especially at that price. Wish I was there right now!

We were looking for a no-frills location with practitioners who were good at acupressure massage. Unfortunately, this place failed to meet our expectations and we'd only rate this place 2/5 as the staff just don't have their usual strength or energy to work your tired muscles. Maybe years ago, but not now. During the session we both politely mentioned "this muscle is quite sore and could use more work thank you (in Mandarin too)" But, they ignored those multiple suggestions and just glided over different areas that were fine. Overall, it was a disappointing experience since we were looking forward to a relaxing session. Writing this review so you have a good idea of the service quality in the Summer of 2026.

Due to COVID-19, and my health situation for more than a year I was afraid to go to a spa. Being in…read morea closed room that god knows how many have been in before you just made me nervous. But I have been dying to get a massage. With some research online I was able to find Spa-Mobile. Basically they bring the spa to your home. You simply go on there website, pick the therapist you like to have and pick a time. The price is not much more that a massage you would get at a spa. They also provide insurance receipts. Now let me tell you about my experience. After I booked online, I received an email explaining all the safety precautions they take and how the procedure the day of the massage will look like. Then once they are on their way to your house they sent you a text message with a link that allows you to track where they are exactly. Once they get to your place, they set-up where you tell them to. The massage table is very professional. They set it up, put a heat blanket then put the sheets on top. Once every thing is set up, they sit with you and go through a questionnaire about your health and which areas you want the massage to be concentrated on. Then she goes to the bathroom to wash her hands while you lay on the table. My therapist was Claudia, and she went over and beyond. She brought white sage to clarify the room, she also asked me what type of music I like, which she then played on the IPad she had. Last but not least, she brought fresh cucumbers which she placed on my eyes. Once it was over she again went to wash her hands while i put ob my robe. (Benefits of being at home). She gave me her card and asked for me to pay via e-transfer. Later that nice, she sent me the receipt and the insurance paper. I will never go to a spa for a massage as this was the best massage experience I have ever had. Keep in mind before the pandemic i use to have 5-6 massages per year. So trust me when I say best massage everrrr .
