The staff are extremely knowledgable and friendly and will help and assist with any questions however basic they may be! They will order in special items, can reserve and hold items until they are required and offer a full delivery service too. As well as full cycles they supply all manner of additional articles and accessories. They also offer a very comprehensive repair service - not just for their own machines but for any type of cycle that needs their help. Parking is possible in a small road behind the shop, but you may have to wait a little while to get a space.

Thomas's Cycle Revolution! me n the missus in the cinema came out after the movie n some basa had…read morestripped my bike, took it to thomas's as the insurance company asked me to get an estimate for the parts replacement. they gave me an estimate for just over £600... left the bike there to be repaired, to cut a long story short they accused me of being a bicycle thief....treated me like a dog,they called me with nasty phone calls, one geeza a turk was shouting at me down the phone to bring the check in...and delayed the repair until i gave the the insurance check. then replaced all the parts with inferior parts n charged the insurance company £600.... never again!!!
