If it weren't for Chuck, I don't think I would've bought these boots. No, he didn't talk me into buying anything. He didn't press me to buy a certain brand or type of boot. I felt like a trust Chuck. I took his word. That guy took the boots off his own feet to let me feel how an exotic leather becomes more supple as you wear and condition them as opposed to how rigid and tough they feel on the shelf. Cats, bunnies, etc also go to heaven. The staff is patient and knowledgeable and it is clear they love animals and riding. Today (the owner's, I think) bulldog was dressed to go out into our weather from the North Pole- and he had a Mag Bar (are people from out of town allowed to call it that?) hoodie on!! So cute!
