The front desk staff were also very helpful in guiding me through a recent insurance change. Thank you so much:)

When not once did I ask for any pain medication I was looking for help with my issues. I left that appointment crying because I was so upset. I then went on the Internet and did a lot of research on my own and figured out my issues and resolve them all by myself. I then came back for another annual visit and I requested a different nurse practitioner because I thought well maybe it was just her I am now having different concerns and issues and at this time this nurse practitioner did not take me seriously either. When I asked her if we could do a hormone panel or something to figure out what was going on with me, she then said I'm so sick of this TikTok trend. I don't even use TikTok and then everything I tried to bring up, she tried to negate all of my symptoms, as if she was in such a rush and didn't wanna bother looking into my issues. Needless to say, since this was the second poor experience I've had in the last couple of years. I will no longer be returning to this practice. I want a doctor that I can talk to and express my concerns and have them taken seriously I have since gone to another doctor and there is a real issue that they failed to look into it is extremely heartbreaking since I have been going there for over 18 years they delivered both of my children. I just cannot believe how bad it's gotten there. I shouldn't have to leave my doctors appointments crying, and so upset.

The head receptionist Cheryl is very opinionated and rude. She made the whole experience horrible and was very unprofessional There are 4-6 receptionists in the front room at any given time and on countless occasions they will all just completely ignore you. I waited 20 minutes at the window before with no acknowledgment Parking is $3 minimum after validation and most times my appointments were less time than the process of getting to the office My care seemed more like checking the boxes of what they are supposed to do than actually having a conversation and caring for me! again my first two encounters were wonderful and the doctors were very engaged and my last few appointments were the complete opposite where I felt like just a paycheck overall cannot recommend this office

I received paperwork in the mail, filled the four pages out with an appointment scheduled months ago. The office called me the day before to cancel my appt. and to reschedule. I finally had my appt. with the only one available Nicole Snyder. I came prepared with my paperwork early, only to be told that I had an invoice from 7 years ago in 2016 for $168 that I had to pay upfront or they would refuse me. I could not recall the invoice and it was the first time it was brought to my attention as they had not mentioned before I arrived in person. The office were given multiple opportunities to bring it to my attention and I would have had the opportunity to address it then. I explained I did not have the funds to pay for an invoice that I could not recall ever receiving back in 2016 let alone not knowing who my insurance co. was back then. I don't recall receiving an invoice from Women's Wellness in 2016 and I am very organized and conscinetious when handling invoices. The registration clerk rudely asked me how would they know if they could trust I would pay my invoice for today's services. I explained and trying to assure them my invoice today 12/16/2025 would be handled because I have medicaid they flat out refused to keep the appointment and I did not receive my exam. Instead of thinking of the care of the patient, the money somehow reconciled from seven years ago, that I don't agree to being valid at this time, was put as the priority over my care. I will never return to this office because of the inhumane treatment I received. Try to understand I walked out of the door not to be rude but because it took a great amount of energy to make it to the office and you never know what is going on with somebody so put some kindness in your practice.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I have not been to Dr. Halliday's office in over four years,…read moreyet they are trying to bill me $699 for services allegedly provided in December 2024 -- which is impossible. Since January, I've called repeatedly to fix this. Each time, I was told someone would "email the office" or "look into it," but no one followed up. When I finally got through to the office, I was met with rudeness and told their office manager was "very busy" and the receptionist was not sure when she could get back to me to correct this because she was "very busy managing an entire office." Needless to say, this extremely busy office manager never called me back. Now, months later, I receive another bill and letter demanding payment. The disorganization, sloppy record-keeping, and disregard for patient concerns are shocking. I expect a direct call from the office manager and a formal letter confirming the error has been corrected. Future patients: beware -- if they can't even manage basic billing, what does that say about the rest of their operations?

I wasn't going to post this until Amber called me rude for following up on my medical release, so…read morethis one's for you, hunny! I unfortunately stepped foot into this place in late 2023 for sinus issues. I had an MRI, was scheduled for surgery, and at my pre op was asked about my allergies again, and at the same appointment, I left with a written prescription for exactly what I'm allergic to. I know, that's when I should have realized this was a horrible situation. I told Dr. Halliday that I had an intensive class for my Fire Dept I volunteer at and was told it wouldn't be a problem two weeks after surgery. I had surgery in early November, and in late March still cannot breathe. I was told prior to surgery there would be no packing after surgery, there was, and I was expected to remove it myself the next morning, which he explained to me fresh out of surgery while in recovery and no idea what's going on. I've made that clear at every post op appointment that I cannot breathe and am in worse shape than ever. In November of 2023, February of 24 and earlier this week I have had appointments and made it clear that this has been affecting my work, quality of life, and day to day living. At my February pre op appointment, I made it very clear that me not being able to breath is a problem, and that I regretted the surgery and that I'm in worse shape than before I met them. I was offered a prescription for XHance, as well as other resolutions to the problem and was scheduled another appointment in March. A month ago, today I asked to have the prescription that should help be forwarded to my pharmacy instead of the sketchy "performing arts compounding pharmacy" that called me asking for my social security number and was just rude. I have checked on the prescription multiple times with this office and just keep getting excuses, "we switched systems", "Shannon is busy", I met with Shannon and Dr Halliday this Monday (a month later), assuming that something would be done about not being able to breath for over 4 months, as they referenced options in my February appointment that were "in office procedures". I told them again that this is making things extremely difficult for me, I figured after 4 months of not being able to breath, surely, they would be doing one of the in-office treatments we discussed in February. Instead, we met to schedule another appointment, after I paid over $200 for my February appointment when I walked in, and another copay just to have an appointment, about asking them to send in my script and to schedule another appointment... They asked if I was taking my prescription that they never sent to my pharmacy. I explained the situation and Shannon said herself she would take care of it, 4 days later my pharmacy still does not have the prescription. I've spent thousands of dollars myself, not including what's been billed to my insurance, to end up in worse shape than before I asked for help, be talked down to by their office staff, and feel embarrassed for advocating for myself becuase it literally goes nowhere. I also followed up with my insurance who never once had a bill from them this year, despite Amber asking about my "past due balance" from a few weeks prior, that they never even sent to my insurance, or apparently their own billing department either. So, if you're looking to get prescribed things, you're allergic to, not actually get the medicine you need to breath (which wasn't a problem before surgery), have your concerns ignored, and be billed like crazy for appointments about scheduling appointments for them to not do what they promised, you're in the right place.
