Within a week I had met Ricardo, scheduled the job, and then the job was completed (it only took 2 days). He removed all weeds/dead trees, put in an entire new drainage system, planted new trees/plants, and also fixed my landscape lights which haven't worked in the 3 years since I bought the home. Fair pricing too. It was nice to not feel taken advantage of since with these small backyards in Irvine people either don't want to do them or want to charge way too much. Super happy with the results and turnaround time. Will be using him and his team again.

My backyard has been quite a mess for awhile with tons of dead leaves and weeds. The side of my…read moregarage had a huge mound of dirt from the prior owner who wanted to dig a trench for the fruit trees. I didn't have much to spend and I didn't want anything high maintenance so I decided just to put some DG down with some succulents. After doing some research on Yelp, I reached out to a few landscaping companies. Some did not answer and one gave me an estimate "depending on how much dirt is removed". I didn't feel comfortable with an open ended cost. When Mark came from MW Landscape, he did the measurements quickly and provided a quote within a few days. He came this morning and was fast and efficient. He even worked alongside his employees and took extra step to sweep up dead leaves and pull weeds from the access area to the crawl space. It was such a nice feeling to see everything cleaned up. Mark can also do larger jobs but I'm glad he was able to work on my small project.

I gave them a call on a Saturday morning, not only was I able to get a hold of someone (Mike is super pleasant to speak with) but, they were actually able to come out that same day to take a look at our plant situation and give us a quote! We had these huge Magueys ( they look like giant aloe Vera plants that are super sharp and extremely tough to remove) that had taken over our front yard and with a little one running around, it was only a matter of time before she got really hurt. We booked them for the following week and like clockwork, Mike and his guys showed up, removed the plants, and left our front yard looking as if those giant monsters never existed!! Mike is awesome!! From start to finish he makes you feel extremely comfortable and the price he gives you is the price you pay!! I never felt like I was being haggled or taken for a ride! He gave me a call each step of the way so I had real time updates as to where the guys were in the removal process. Payment was easy as well since he takes Zelle so, the WHOLE process was a piece of cake and I highly recommend him!! Customer for life!!!

He told me I would receive a call right back when he received the photos and provide a quote. He never called back. I messaged him the following day asking if he was still interested and he promptly called me, giving me a quote. He offered two different times he would be available for my work and our appointment was scheduled. The day of our appointment, Francisco was a No-Call/No-Show. I messaged him and asked if he was on his way, and according to his Read Receipts he read the message and ignored it. I messaged him again and he ignored it. I called his phone and he sent it to voicemail. All this to say, Francisco wasted my time. I understand he may have a lot of other work that takes a lot of his time, but so do I and I don't have time to waste for someone who won't even give me the courtesy of a phone call to explain why they may be late to a job. Francisco is unprofessional and unreliable. Definitely not worth 1 star. Move on to the next company.
