I have…read morenever heard of them and was only told about them from one of my custom dress designers in Vegas. Looking them up, I saw they had bikinis that matched what I have been looking for. We take the trip down there during the week as they are only open Monday - Friday, which is the downside. Located inside they are in a warehouse area. You walk inside and you enter a showroom where they come out from the back of the warehouse and greet you. You are given the space you need in the showroom area to select bikinis and when you are ready, you are given a private room to try them on. The fabric feels good against your skin. When they are on you can certainly tell they are made for comfort, longevity, and making you feel sexy. I did try on numerous bikini's, some were great, and some were too heavy. Overall, we left with items from them. When you purchase it, they put it in a nice bag, give you care instructions, and tell you how to make it last. Do not go there thinking you are going to spend $50.00 on a suite. It is going to cost some coin, but if you want to stand out, there is a price to pay for it.

While the bride finalizes her dress order next door I take her son here to check out tuxes. I tell…read morea lady behind the glass that we are looking for semi formal attire for the young boy. She tells me that some guy? the owner? is helping another customer and will be with us soon. We go around the small showroom looking at items that are displayed. Beautiful items but not really what we were seeking. When we entered there was one other man sitting on the chair waiting. After 10 minutes of waiting, I walk back to the bride next door to make sure she wasn't looking for us and was aware that we were next door. I walk back and almost immediately, the man on the couch and another man leave. I'm assuming they were doing a fitting? The man/owner chats with the woman but neither one approach us. We wait another 10 minutes (based on timestamps on pics taken of the bride.) The young kid with me is sitting near the display cases growing more bothersome about the wait. (How many 9 year olds really want to spend a Saturday afternoon trying on formal/semi-formal wear? Still they never approach us. I go back to the woman and ask will the wait be much longer. This is when she asks me if the groom is purchasing a suit? When I say no she says that she is unable to help me?? They tells me they won't have suits ordered in time for the young boy? (I hadn't even told her the date of the wedding.) At this time, the bride and maid of honor walk into the door assuming we have found something. I walk everyone out. I've experienced better.

You can select from numerous letter-sizes or send a message with your measurements. Since everything is handmade, adjustments can be made to fit each size. If I remeember correctly, I think the piece I bought was marketed as a top/dress but I wore it as a beach cover up. I loved the lime green colour and the light material. Although the lime green was the primary colour, the other colours toned it down so it was not overly dramatic. It was perfect for a windy day on a boat. On the website, prices are clearly marked and depending on how much you spend, free shipping is offered. Along with the dress pictured, I also ordered a comfie ankara print romper, which I gifted to my sister. She loved it. Fantastic service!…read more Deborah absolutely slayed my high waist pants. I'd bought some African material and intended for someone else to make my pants but was not successful. I got on Yelp and searched for someone else and came across Deborah's business page. Even though she didn't have any reviews, the pictures on her page caught my attention. From the moment I called to yesterday when I picked up my pants, she has always been pleasant and attentive. She is a true professional and expert seamstress as sometimes she simply eyed what needed to be done and it was a perfect fit during the fitting. If you do not know what you want made, her shop has some pre-made African attire. While that is her specialty, that is not all that does. I have seen some pictures where she has designed and made prom dresses. She is the real deal!!! I will certainly be back. I am already scouting new material to get something made for my son and I. SN: I am leaving this review for the person like me who may be looking for a seamstress, comes across her page and would like to know their experience. In a nutshell, YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!!!

I would strongly advise against using Tuxedo Center in Hialeah for any special occasion. Our experience was nothing short of a disaster. First off, several of our groomsmen were given broken vests, which were either torn or malfunctioning. When we raised the issue, the female staff responded with smirks and giggles, completely unprofessional. We were told we could either stick with a dirty vest or one that was broken. This lack of care and respect for our big day was shocking. One of my groomsmen was also told that he had to stay with a smaller fitting suit, that if he wore a bigger suit the arms will be too long, isn't the point of a formal wear store to adjust as needed? He was told it's because you never wear a tux, you don't know how to wear a tux. Which was extremely rude coming from the shop owner not knowing if this person wears suits often or not To make matters worse, another groomsman received a vest that was broken in the back, making it completely unusable. Our ring boy's tuxedo didn't even match the rest of the groomsmen--his tux was a completely different shade of grey with a different lining. My groomsmen were all supposed to be wearing ties, some got bows and some got ties, completely mix matching which was not the written desired outfit. This discrepancy was clearly noticeable in photos. Almost all the shoes provided were in terrible condition--broken and torn inside due to overuse. The lack of attention to detail and the poor quality of the garments made this an incredibly frustrating experience. For a company that specializes in formalwear, they clearly failed to meet even the most basic standards. This is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and Tuxedo Center made it much more stressful than it needed to be. I would not recommend them to anyone.
