I really hate to do this. the doctors, are amazing. the management/front desk staff is getting this review. there's too many negatives to list but here are a few 1.They don't answer there phone (many times waiting, and then it hangs up or says no one is available) 2.They're scheduling is often forgetfull. (we have scheduled appointments, in person with and were given one of the business cards with a time and date) and we show up, and they say "sorry, you're not on schedule today" - thankfully they will squeeze you in, but you will be waiting an hour plus... and with a little one- that is not always feasible - appointments are there for a reason- long story short, they over BOOK, and then give you worst service 3. referrals - we have waiting 16 plus days (business) for a referral for our daughters ear infections that she gets. for an ENT- still to this day (19 days) have not gotten an update - and we are not allowed to schedule it without a referral - we called the office 10 (business) days after to check up and we're told to find an ENT place ourselves- which is not possible without a referral. 4. I urge you not to go here for normal visits- emergency sure. Doctors are great but that are not allowed to help you and are rushed. Sadly I've never left a bad review but this is more than terrible service. read more

We called-in because my wife and I were preoccupied about our 1-year old getting a cold for the first time. And at our surprise the doctor took the time to address all of our concerns one-by-one and was incredibly helpful. You could tell she was authentically giving the best advices and I think it shows a lot of professionalism and dedication. I would not recommend this office to anyone. They used to be great once upon a time. I saw dr D'Souza as a kid myself then she seen mine since birth with all three. Then when my kids hit 17 and 18 all of sudden they were dismissed from the practice for no ligament reason at all. All because I called in to ask for an appointment for a specific reason for their health ongoing problem. The new office manager is beyond horrible and unprofessional. She kicked my kids out for no reason remind you then refuses to even speak to me. I'm not belittling myself to her standards. I'm making a complaint to the dept of health and the insurance company etc. office used to be great then the great ones left. Now they treat the older kids like crap and not even as a person. I'm very unsatisfied with this office. Plus, doctor D'Souza admitted my oldest when she was on her last months of her life. Yes, she passed and doctor D'Souza was her doctor as well. Nd now they refuse to see my other two. I barely even go to their office I barely even contact them. So this behavior really puzzles me. I would not recommend them at all!! read more

My children have been with this practice for over 10 years. Only once did I have a negative experience and it was with a Dr. who is no longer affiliated with them. They are always quick to get my kids in when they are sick and they make sure to answer any questions. My youngest has a disability from birth and they always made sure that I had whatever referral she needed in a timely manner. read more

Rude!!Rude!Rude!! That's the only way I can describe my visit today. First, when I come in I see a woman in the waiting area very frustrated about some insurance issue which apparently couldn't be resolve so she and her 4 kids couldn't be seen ( the staff could care less about her very recent surgery and 4 children she was trying to manage). To describe briefly my visit: I went in to get my daughter caught up on her shots, my appt was at 2:30 the doc didn't walk into the room till 3:23 so just about an hour of wait, which that wasn't even the problem, I can totally understand I was there once with a sick child so I can understand they try to see sick patient first. The doct walked into the room appeared to be in a pretty sore mood then proceeded to tell me that my daughter would have to take 6 shots but they can combine them to 5 to which I proceeded to reply that I agreed on the previous visit with Dr. Lozano that we will break up the reminder of her shots into two visits. After all I don't think any parent wants to have their kids poked five times in one visit. Dr. seem to get agitated very quickly and proceeded to tell me that I need to leave their office and go into the health department to which I asked if I can call my husband to discuss this, he proceeded to get even more frustrated with me and in a nutshell told me it is not profitable for them to be breaking up the shots and he was not going to waste his time explaining to me the process of the whole ordeal. Without even calling my husband I decided it was beyond my acceptance to continue to seek services from the office and I proceeded to walk out, while walking out I can hear the doctor making comments about me to the nurse behind the office with the glass window which needless to say just got me even more upset. I cannot even express how upset I was leaving that office I have used them for five kids and always requested dr Lazano which was always very pleasant. Never expected that from his staff members. The doctor we were seeing was Asphendiar. I would very much not recommend that facility for your little one. read more

I'm giving a star because I don't have another choice... after taking my baby to this place for 4 months and visiting 3 times in the last month because my baby was sick and they would tell me it was normal and she was fine.. I had to rush the same night to the ER where my baby tested positive for influenza and was dehydrated... spent 3 nights in the hospital. I took my baby to Childrens Halifax center where they found out on her 6 month appointment that my baby has hip dysplasya which should have been detected at a 4 week ultrasound b that dr Lozano ordered because she was a breech baby.. to what he said she didn't have any problems...guess what.. 6 months of age and come to find out she should have started treatment between 6-8 weeks of being born(at this age her bones are still cartilage and treatment is more effective) and now she might need surgery because she is too old to wear a Pavlik Harness!!!imagine my frustration.. now we have to find a specialist out of town to find a solution and start treatment as soon as possible... seriously how can you miss something like this? So disappointed with these doctors and this place she was seen by three different doctors there and none of them said a thing! Don't go here if you want the right diagnostic for your kid! I can't believe I wasted so much time with them! read more
