LOVE the nurse practictioners that he sees most of the time (Cynthia and Jill are our faves) since they are there for after hours and weekends. We've been coming here to beaches pediatrics at Bartram location for almost 2 years now. I was…read moreimpressed with Dr. Oles when I did the tour at the office before had my baby and in comparison to the other pediatric place near by, I enjoyed this place more. This is their 2nd location so it's smaller and usually only has 2 pediatricians on site. The lobby is open and clean, the front desk MA usually greets us using our child's name, which I'm very pleased with because it makes us feel familiar and comfortable. The check up rooms are small with very few equipments (bed, 2-3 chairs, scale and sanitizer container) and no sink to wash our hands or the doctor's, hopefully they'll improve that in the near future. Our scheduled well visit usually doesn't take longer than an hour and a half. The medical assistants do all the prep work on the child, weigh, measure, triage before the doctor comes in. Dr. Oles is very quick, almost too quick..sometimes! I had to slow her down and ask questions so we could have a better understanding of the diagnosis at our last appointment. I do feel like they rush us out of the office at some of our appointments but I suppose that's normal in all doctors offices, nowadays. I would recommend this office if your baby doesn't get sick often and you enjoy the express lane check up.

I really hate to do this. the doctors, are amazing…read more the management/front desk staff is getting this review. there's too many negatives to list but here are a few 1.They don't answer there phone (many times waiting, and then it hangs up or says no one is available) 2.They're scheduling is often forgetfull. (we have scheduled appointments, in person with and were given one of the business cards with a time and date) and we show up, and they say "sorry, you're not on schedule today" - thankfully they will squeeze you in, but you will be waiting an hour plus... and with a little one- that is not always feasible - appointments are there for a reason- long story short, they over BOOK, and then give you worst service 3. referrals - we have waiting 16 plus days (business) for a referral for our daughters ear infections that she gets. for an ENT- still to this day (19 days) have not gotten an update - and we are not allowed to schedule it without a referral - we called the office 10 (business) days after to check up and we're told to find an ENT place ourselves- which is not possible without a referral. 4. I urge you not to go here for normal visits- emergency sure. Doctors are great but that are not allowed to help you and are rushed. Sadly I've never left a bad review but this is more than terrible service.
