If you have mental health issues this will only make them worse. I can never get through, or receive a call back when needed. I have no way of knowing whether my doctor has even received the message I've given the front desk, or if she received it correctly. They seem to be all mixed up, and forget to do things correctly, then the Dr. will blame you or the reception will blame the doctor. If my Doctor hadn't moved here, I would never deal with them. I have no choice now. Unless you have no where else to go I highly unrecommend them. read more

Called to reschedule an appointment and ask for the third time that the intake forms be emailed to me. Receptionist yelled at me that she had already sent them and refused to reschedule until I fill them out. Then hung up the phone.. Can't comment on the doctor I haven't met them yet. read more

The front staff are really rude and talk loud to people and or not respecfull. I love my dr. but the service bad and it sucks that I have to deal with this everytime I go there and I don't have a choice to go cause my dr. Is there. read more

A two hour wait for a chest x-ray is ridiculous. Facility gives no appointments for X-rays ... only for ultra sounds and mammograms. Chairs are scattered in the hall and clinic and not once were the chairs disinfected by staff as patients came and went. The sliding glass door handle between the clinic and hallways was never disinfected. The women's rest room had no hand towels. This is a poorly run facility with no one overseeing the staff and ensuring that the surfaces are disinfected between patients. read more

Horrible service! They will cancel your appointment with no notice, they don't know who you are or doctor that is supposed to see you even when you give them all your information. Completely disappointed I DONT RECOMMEND This place at all if are PREGNANT and need a REFERRAL, they will take two weeks+ NEVER AGAIN IN THIS PLACE read more

I am visiting from out of town and will not be back home to see my own family physician until July. I've had a head cold that has gotten worse with symptoms mirroring a sinus infection, as well as a sore throat and cough for the past two days. My concern is that I might be heading toward something more serious, since I've had whatever this is for 12 days and counting. After a series of questions, the doctor informed me that I have allergies. Huh, what? I've never had allergies in my life. "Well, you have them now." he said. He peeked at the back of my throat and listened to my breathing for a few breaths, and "confirmed" that I have allergies. I didn't even bother arguing the point that, at nearly 65 years of age, I think I'd know when I have a cold as apposed to allergies. If he'd taken the time to read the information on my file that the nurse had typed in ten minutes earlier, then he might have drawn a different conclusion. I followed standard protocol in seeking medical advice: if symptoms continue or worsen after x-number of days, consult a physician. I could've been given the same "diagnosis" by just about anybody pulling it out of thin air. What a waste of my time and what a waste of Ontario Health funds and resources! Horrible client service! The receptionist are chatting and don't answering the phone. I wasted my time going in there with my sick son. They should at least answer the phone to let you know that they are not accepting more walk ins. read more

Extremely rude and aggressive receptionist. My wife's family doctor retired, so she was looking for a new doctor and had an upcoming appointment with a doctor at this clinic. The receptionist called my wife at work, and was very hostile with her on the phone insisting that the doctor would not take her as a patient because she already had a doctor. My wife politely pointed out a SECOND time, that her family doctor had retired, and was no longer practicing, and that's why she was looking for a new doctor. Again, the receptionist began to argue with her on the phone, that the doctor would not take her as a patient because she had a family doctor. My wife was so flustered by the receptionist that she forgot to ask her the correct address for her appointment before she hung up the phone. I called the doctor's office to get the proper address, and I received the same rude and aggressive receptionist, who lectured to me on why the doctor would not take my wife as a patient. I explained the situation to the receptionist a THIRD time, ignored her aggressive tone, and asked her for the doctor's correct address. This bullying mentality is unacceptable behavior, and receptionists with attitudes like this should simply be replaced with properly trained receptionists who have manners, diplomacy and compassion for patients. This reflects poorly on the Family Medicine Clinic. read more
