Very large neighborhood that seemed to have as many live in residents as it did tourists like ourselves who was renting a house while in town for our daughters cheer comp and to visit some Disney parks. As you pull into this large gated community you are met with lovely dolphin water fountains and 24/7 on site security. Once you pass through a security you see the fountain which is the center point for a roundabout. The forsr exit leads you into houses the second exit into soem condos and more homes which are further down the road. The 3rd exit will take you into the welcome center. The welcome center is where I assume condo renters check in but it also where you get your badge for the severity gate. In that welcome center is a fitness area, free on site putt putt course, an outdoor swimming pool and access to the first of 3 neighborhood playgrounds. Across the street was a small, simple and nice email as use land resort walking trail. We stayed in a house called stitch magic in the back of the neighborhood a few miles from the welcome center so we didn't spend hardly any time there. Although on one visit we noticed the pool Area had a live dj and a pretty busy tiki bar. The free putt putt course and walking trails were a nice and fun touch. Our house we rented was very large and very clean and well maintained. You walk in and imemditly to the left is one of the queen sized bedrooms. To the right was a bathroom, wall in laundry and entrance to the garage. The garage was turned into a game room and features a ping on my table, dart board and other gaming options. Walking back inside and continuing on to the left Last the first bedroom was a dining area off the kitchen with a large table. Off that room was a full Kitchen and another small dining area and table. If you. I've on past the kitchen you walk into a large open living room With nice couches and a large tv. Off that room was access to the main level master bedroom with a king sized bed and personal bathroom. Also off the living room was a set of stairs that takes you up to 3 more bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms. The bedroll Immediately to the right features two kids beds decked with Pixar deformations. The room next to that was a Disney princess themed room with a queen sized bed. Back out in the hall way the room next to the princess room was another full bathroom. Next to that bathroom was another bedroom with a queen sized bedroom that also boasted its own personal full bathrom. Downstairs off the kitchen dining room And master bedroom you had sliding doors that take you into your own personal covered pool that was a nice size and featured some on site water inflatables. Overall we had an amazing stay here with the house we rented called "Stitch magic". Very large and clean. Very close to the ESPN WideWorld of Sports where my daughter was cheering and very close to Disney parks and all kinds of good dining options. The resort had really cool And nice on site amenities. My older daughters enjoyed walking to the nearby on-site playground as the one here was more secluded and not very busy. So something enjoyable for everyone while boasting good comfort as well.

I had to cover the furniture to sit down because it's NASTY!!!! I was waiting to send response and photos at the end of my stay. However my family and I are disappointed. I'm sure as we continue our week. I will be updating the home website with my pictures and reviews. I would hate for ANYONE else to be in the position. This definitely made the trip less enjoyable as it lasted well after we left the resort. We just assumed it was poor air quality in the unit. At the end of our stay, as I was reaching under the sink area, I viewed visible black mold and the area was wet. We went to the front desk and reported it and showed them pictures. Clearly, the cleaning staff should have seen that during their regular cleanings, but failed to do anything about it. It took management 2 weeks to get back to us as we at least wanted our cleaning fee refunded and possibly some compensation for our discomfort and inconvenience for their negligent cleaning practices. After several follow ups, they only agreed to half of the over $200 fee. For what we paid to stay there, and the poor condition of the place, charging a cleaning fee is an absolute joke.

Easy parking Cons 1. Carpets were filthy in our condo. Tons of stains and we didn't want to walk around barefoot at all, and all of our socks were filthy after walking around. 2. You basically have to bring everything you need. They start you off with minimal supplies, but we had to buy everything from toilet paper, to paper towels, to laundry detergent and garbage bags. 3. The pool area had very few umbrellas. There were 3 daybeds with canopies, but if you didn't get those, you were in full sun. 4. The kids play room had sporadic hours. You have to go through the little store to have access, and one morning when I went after 9am, no one had opened it up still. I asked the front desk, and she told me it opened at 9am. I informed her it was 9:30am, and she shrugged her shoulders. Overall, the condo was okay. We didn't have any major issues and we enjoyed our time. The space was the best part. Would I go back? A dangerously loose brick near the pool, which caused someone to slip. A bypassed pool alarm, which violates Florida law, done with permission by Jeeves--not us. We reported these problems immediately and repeatedly. Multiple members of their property management team came into the house and said nothing--no updates, no repairs, no accountability. After the stay, I followed up to request a partial refund for the unresolved issues. Instead of a response, I was blindsided the next day with an accusation that a bong had been found in the house and that this could be turned over to the police. No timestamped evidence. No proof of use. No prior mention of any concern while we were there. To me, this feels like pure retaliation for speaking up. What's worse? I was never even told Jeeves Florida Rentals managed the home until after everything went wrong. I booked through ExclusivePrivateVillas in good faith. Now they're charging a $350 damage fee without clarity, while still ignoring the major safety and comfort issues we faced. As a group of minority professionals, we also found the unspoken insinuations both offensive and discriminatory. This experience was not luxury--it was hostile and unprofessional. When he scanned it, he used a different method so I had every right to have had trouble. I said "have a good night" and he yelled at me "SAY THANK YOU". Terrible ugly people. Every night for the 3 nights I've stayed they treated me like I was some sort of criminal. I'm paying good money to stay in this community on vacation only to be treated like trash Other than that the house and the community is quiet and relaxing, but the experience I had with security would keep me from staying here ever again. .
