Their cleaning standards are far below acceptable! They wash duvet covers 4 times a YEAR, which is disgusting with so many guests in and out. I stayed at my property and was extremely upset at what I saw upon arrival. The floors had spilled pop on it, toothpaste on bathroom floor, hairs in the kitchen, unwashed coffee and end tables, empty toilet paper dispenser, mismatched bedding , dirty stained towels, and worst of all was the uncleaned showers in all 3 bathrooms. The shower doors were never cleaned and had soap and shampoo dripping over it. There was also air filters that had never been replaced and full of dirt and dust. I have pictures to back up each claim. I immediately contacted Chris to let him know of the uncleaned house. He said his cleaners were "good enough" and stop complaining. So I immediately fired him and hired another property manager the following day. Then I spent the first 2 days of my vacation cleaning and disinfecting the house properly. After I fired them I was denied my monthly statements and end of the year statements needed to file my taxes. I had to contact the DBPR to file a formal complaint. Their lack of professionalism is apparent in all ways. So, for guests wanting to stay at a property they manage, I say save yourself the hassle of staying in an unsanitary house. As for home owners looking for a property manager, I say don't risk your biggest investment with unprofessional managers like Chris. They will be rude to your guests and cost you money with unhappy guests wanting to leave. As for my 1 star review, there was no option for 0 star.

This is urgent, I have a rental and packed to travel and I can't seem to get any assistance as to where I will be staying with my family. Emailed Jennifer, Trey, spoke with Dee as well. I finally got the vaccination rental at 4:40pm. Jennifer did repeatedly apologize, however it is excusable for not being organized. They did not have that property ready until that day and after my check in time. The rental was nice and accommodating for my grandkids. Would I book them or advise anyone else? NO. First things first the couch was so old the leather was flaking everywhere, we paid for pool heat which most certainly wasnt on the first day or two they had to send someone out to up the heater. The wifi was not working either so that was a problem as well as they send someone out to check it the guy tells me yea they reset the router so it wont work with the password they gave us. Also keep in mind what they dont tell you is they have 24 hours to address a problem and they never tell you that they are coming , if they even do come which was rare. The arcade in the game room was also broken and could not be fix when they finally sent someone to look at it so thats very frustrating to pay for something that was broken. Then one of my guests arrived and they went to sleep on there bed and the bed fell through so now we were down a bedroom. These houses are definitley not well managed or maintained and it really shows. At what we paid for the house we should not have had as many problems as we did. Then to add more headaches the dishwasher wasnt working, and when i contacted the guest relations they just didnt respond to my emails anymore or even call me back. I would never stay here again and definitley not recommend staying here. Spend your money elsewhere. Also if security is an issue for you they face all there doors to the house inside out so anyone can just pop a pin out of the hinges and remove a locked door!!! So crazy stay away , far away!!

Very large neighborhood that seemed to have as many live in residents as it did tourists like ourselves who was renting a house while in town for our daughters cheer comp and to visit some Disney parks. As you pull into this large gated community you are met with lovely dolphin water fountains and 24/7 on site security. Once you pass through a security you see the fountain which is the center point for a roundabout. The forsr exit leads you into houses the second exit into soem condos and more homes which are further down the road. The 3rd exit will take you into the welcome center. The welcome center is where I assume condo renters check in but it also where you get your badge for the severity gate. In that welcome center is a fitness area, free on site putt putt course, an outdoor swimming pool and access to the first of 3 neighborhood playgrounds. Across the street was a small, simple and nice email as use land resort walking trail. We stayed in a house called stitch magic in the back of the neighborhood a few miles from the welcome center so we didn't spend hardly any time there. Although on one visit we noticed the pool Area had a live dj and a pretty busy tiki bar. The free putt putt course and walking trails were a nice and fun touch. Our house we rented was very large and very clean and well maintained. You walk in and imemditly to the left is one of the queen sized bedrooms. To the right was a bathroom, wall in laundry and entrance to the garage. The garage was turned into a game room and features a ping on my table, dart board and other gaming options. Walking back inside and continuing on to the left Last the first bedroom was a dining area off the kitchen with a large table. Off that room was a full Kitchen and another small dining area and table. If you. I've on past the kitchen you walk into a large open living room With nice couches and a large tv. Off that room was access to the main level master bedroom with a king sized bed and personal bathroom. Also off the living room was a set of stairs that takes you up to 3 more bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms. The bedroll Immediately to the right features two kids beds decked with Pixar deformations. The room next to that was a Disney princess themed room with a queen sized bed. Back out in the hall way the room next to the princess room was another full bathroom. Next to that bathroom was another bedroom with a queen sized bedroom that also boasted its own personal full bathrom. Downstairs off the kitchen dining room And master bedroom you had sliding doors that take you into your own personal covered pool that was a nice size and featured some on site water inflatables. Overall we had an amazing stay here with the house we rented called "Stitch magic". Very large and clean. Very close to the ESPN WideWorld of Sports where my daughter was cheering and very close to Disney parks and all kinds of good dining options. The resort had really cool And nice on site amenities. My older daughters enjoyed walking to the nearby on-site playground as the one here was more secluded and not very busy. So something enjoyable for everyone while boasting good comfort as well.

Surprisingly enough I was very disappointed , the house smell like mildew, the carport clearly NOT clean. And one of the sinks in the upstairs bathroom backs up with black particles. The security lock to the pool area is hanging off from the wall. I've added the pictures to this email. I've contact property manager to fix the sink of course I got a voicemail. I had to cover the furniture to sit down because it's NASTY!!!! I was waiting to send response and photos at the end of my stay. However my family and I are disappointed. I'm sure as we continue our week. I will be updating the home website with my pictures and reviews. I would hate for ANYONE else to be in the position. To my surprise I couldn't add my review to their website. And when I checked a few weeks later the owner updated the website site with a great review during the dates that I stayed at the property. False advertising!!!!
