We took our kids here to let them try Trapeze. My daughter does gymnastics and my son does Ninja Warrior so they were both pretty excited to try it out. The owner was really nice organizing our booking/timing (it was in the evening). I would say the instructors were where the facility really shined as they were REALLY great with my kids walking them through the process, and technique. By the time the evening was over, both my daughter and son were doing handoffs after their initial swing to one of the instructors mid air (we're talking 30 ft off the ground). Overall, I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking to give their kids and experience of a lifetime with instructors who are awesome. read more

As soon as we walked inside, we both began to feel butterflies fluttering around our tummies as we realized that we might have made a mistake (lol) but by the time we walked out, we had decided we definitely wanted to take a class again soon! The kids had a blast! We booked my daughter's 9th birthday here after our kids had attended another party hear a month or so ago. They had so much fun, my daughter wanted her party here. They divided the 8 kids into 2 groups. Each group got 45 minutes on the trapeze (taking turns) and 45 minutes on the silk & ring. After that, we were given time and space for cake and presents. The instructors were amazing. They encouraged the kids without pushing them. If someone was scared, they did not shame them or make them feel bad. All of the kids enjoyed the party. read more

I worked a event here twisting balloons for a kids party and I must say this place is pretty darn cool! Inside you are able to fly through the air on it trapeze and flip and jump on several different trampolines and mats. Check Groupon for a discount. You can come for an hour or two or book of a whole party. They allow the event planner to bring in food and drinks for the party. The kids had a great time and it will be a memory they will never forget! read more

I've been here quite a few times and every time i've been, the experience has been really good. The instructors may seem intimidating at first, but they good at calming your nerve to be comfortable to swing from a trapeze lol (the class I recently went to). They go through the process of safety and then walk you through the different types of swings you will complete. There are some studios in Orlando that have the stereo typical snobbish vibe, but I haven't experienced it at this location. I really enjoyed the class, and was sore for 3+ days. I took my son (20 yrs old) and daughter (16yo) here while on vacation. My son had to be talked into it. They had the time of their lives! Both of them spent hours afterwards watching the videos and reliving the experience. My daughter said it was the best vacation adventure of her life! My husband and I watched to two hour class and our faces hurt from smiling. I could not believe how quickly the instructors taught them and how much they progressed in one night. Incredible. This was such an amazing experience! I took the 2-Hour flying trapeze class. If you are looking for something different and adventurous to do, this is it! I happened to be in a smaller class, so I was able to have 6 turns up on the trapeze. I was pretty nervous at first, but the coaches were so patient and friendly. There was definitely an atmosphere of support from the other participants too - we all cheered each other on. They taught us how to swing, then how to hang upside and do a backflip, and then how to get caught by another professional. They worked hard to keep you safe and comfortable. I kept forgetting how to flip off the net after my turn, but they had a great sense of humor about it and were patient with me! If you had trouble with a trick, they would go over the details with you again to help you. I can't wait to try it again! read more
