It is completely lined with foam like they use for sound proofing and the little buggers fly in and bounce off the padded wall and are fine. It is quite hilarious to see. I think it takes a true professional to look outside the box and assist someone even if it isn't in their professional expertise. I gave her my name and cell number, and I waited. But she didn't call me back at all -- not that Tuesday, and not any time since then -- despite my calling the office line and leaving my name, number, and the reason for my call. All my calls after that Monday went straight to voicemail, and she seems to have ghosted me altogether. This is a puzzlement -- surely they have a business to run and need customers? -- and I can only attribute it to bad management or other unprofessionalism. Either way, please heed this warning and those of the other reviewers, and steer clear of Green Pest Solution. Edited 9/19/16 to add: I finally got my pest problem taken care of...but not by Green Pest Solution, who still has not returned my messages. I wasted two weeks trying to reach them. A simple away-message on their voicemail -- giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming a weeks-long family emergency or similar -- could have prevented a lot of frustration on my part. But plainly they haven't cleared even that low bar of customer service. Since my original review, I've mentioned Green Pest Solution to two other people. Both of them volunteered the strong opinion that it was a bad business and one to stay away from, a verdict I emphatically support. My problem was solved today by Dan with Critter Gitters (970-398-1212), and I was very happy with his same-day service.
