I just thought I'd share a voicemail left by Matthew Territ on our company mailbox. This guy is disgusting and unhinged. I'd think twice before inviting someone like this to your home or place of business. We don't know what he's talking about with the whole social security number thing. We asked for a copy of his driver's license, which is required by the state in order to file what he asked us to file. For the record, he asked us to renew the registration of his business with the state last year, chose a subscription model for us to do it automatically every year, and then left this message when we were attempting to file it for him this year (sorry the voice to text transcript is a little rough). I've unfortunately had to deal with wildlife disrupting my life! I worked with a few companies and most are unresponsive, hard to work with, and leave the job unfinished. Matt was just the opposite! He also checked in after the job was complete a few times to make sure my issue was completely resolved. 100% would recommend! read more

Requested AWS to trap raccoons at my property. He set traps with marshmallows and jelly. I did the majority of checking the traps, nothing was captured in over a week though traps were in such shape that the night we did, the raccoons just tore the trap open. When I said to pull the traps, I got a bill for $250 with no contract, no capture, and me doing the monitoring of the traps. Beware without full understanding of the details and a written contract, I could have purchased multiple traps and a bag of marshmallows for less than this. read more
