Now down to owner only, all staff left -- not where they want to be. And any services purchased prior to January 1 are no longer honored. You just lose your money. There were no restrictions on time for use of service, especially when I pay for 3 months at a time and in October purchased 3 months to help owner who constantly talks to you about needing money. With 2 months +3 new ones added 5 months in advance was enough. Unfortunately, I went away for holidays, then was sick for 1 week, each time notifying the owner. In January my mom was put into hospice in NY where of course I went and after 4 weeks passed away. Upon my return I took a few days before going back to place, only to be told I needed to use my time purchased by end of February or lose it. Since then I've tried to resolve this issue, but have been harassed by people calling me, whom the owner has involved, and told. Not to come back. As of today I am filing a small claims case as I find this to be wrong. Its become a place with an uncomfotable atmosphere, with constant loud. Unappealing music, and interruptions from filming and sales for services. Use of equipment is ridiculous, most time you need to start machines yourself, and owner does not have complete knowledge of machines and no longer are you guided as to what is best suited for the individual.
