In what was an extremely stressful situation Pat (the owner) quickly answered every phone call with my endless questions in the shortest of time frames. I committed to him doing all the work Tuesday night and he told me his goal was to have my gas back on the following evening and he did - less than 24 hours!!! I did have another issue with my hot water tank (a manufacturing defect) and he showed up again to resolve that issue too!! His work ethic is top notch. His entire crew (Justin, Wes, and Callum) literally worked their asses off in pouring rain, cold and wind, up a hill, thru tree roots - hand digging - they didn't stop all day. Maybe a 10 minute lunch break. I felt so bad and they all were so pleasant and respectful. Elissa in the office was the first person I had contact with and she was so easy and compassionate to work with. She offered to drive to my house with anything I needed while my gas was off!! Impressed doesn't even begin to cover how I feel about this experience. The entire team exceeded my expectations. Calfo installed a gas furnace for me through the weatherization program. At first the air wouldn't…read morework, the ducts were completely blown apart, I called them back, they came out 4 days later and taped it all together. My stove and hot water heater were not working properly so I called another company out to check it. There were gas leaks. The leaks were small, but I prefer no gas leaks. There had been 2 inspectors in prior and there were no leaks prior to the furnace installation. The lines were old though. They said all the line needed fixed (this is true) but needed to submit a estimate to make sure they would get paid to fix it. So I sat and waited 2 weeks with a few gas leaks until they came back. Ultimately I have a 100% efficient furnace and all new gas pipes that are working properly. I got this through action housing, so even though I had to make a dozen calls i consider myself pretty lucky. Even though I complained and they had to come out 4 times for what was a 1 trip job, everyone was courteous and respectful. Both myself and my property were treated with respect. Ultimately if you aren't up for a lot of follow up avoid like the plauge.

Possibly the most embarrassing service call I have ever had to make. My senior dog has early stage…read morekidney disease and when I have to be away from home I have been leaving him a potty pad in my bathroom. These pads sometimes leak underneath and recently when mopping I have noticed some leakage in the toilet area. Mopping with bleach was no longer cutting it and I started to realize that under the toilet was the problem. I needed to have a plumber come and take the toilet off so I could clean well underneath, put it back in place and obviously find a better solution for my dog going forward because this is just bad. I reached out to Drain Bros. via Yelp on the strength of their excellent reviews and proximity to me in Bethel Park. They had a same day opening which was amazing. I almost immediately heard back from someone via text to confirm I still needed help, followed up by a call to make the appointment. Technician Seth called when he was about 15 minutes from my house to let me know his location. He was hard-working and knowledgeable, had no qualms about the nature of the problem I was so horrified about, and when the toilet was off set about cleaning the tile himself, although I insisted it should be my job as it's my dog. He said when he replaces a toilet he always cleans well underneath no matter what to start from a clean footprint, so it was absolutely no problem. He also said my timing was good because the wax seal under my toilet had been giving out and needed to be replaced. He did very good work with attention to detail, pride in the job and respect, putting on shoe covers whenever he needed to come in or out of the house. Earlier during the initial phone call, I asked for an estimate for this job, was quoted $250 and that was exactly what I was charged. I found these guys to be very efficient, honest and upfront. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs and really appreciated the quick help today.
