Called another company and the other company was able to fix the issue but I was not happy with their resolution. James from Kayton Plumbing called me the next week and he was at my mom's house later that day. I don't live in Merced so I had to coordinate to make sure someone would be there. James was so professional, answered all my questions both on the phone and via text. Gave an immediate quote, explained the bigger issues, and what needed to be done. The quote was right in line with what plumbers suggested back at my home in So. CA. James and his crew completed the work in 1 week. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure I understood what the issue was, the work that needed to be done, and how much it was going to cost. Some might think because Kayton Plumbing wasn't available right away, that going with another company might be better... but don't think that!! This company cares that the issue(s) are resolved.

I had to call all of the local plumbing companies to inspect, diagnose and fix the leak. All of the companies were either busy or could not check it out for a few days. In this house, it had to be a conventional hot water tank and I could clearly see why. The job was done in three hours which included the re-circulation pump and kitchen sink adaptation for instant hot water. Clean job. Cheerful guys on the job. The water conservation alone is going to be tremendous with instant hot water. We should have added a re-circulation pump 20 years ago. The new water tank does not grumble and rumble like the old one (that scared house guests). Mike has checked on the system since the installation. Good company, Sierra Plumbing.

The valve did break but Rey said it would be a quick fix 2 hours max and true to his word it was, he left pretty much no mess and he communicated with us the whole time about what he was doing and going to do, we didn't have to constantly worry if he knew what he was doing, he was very professional 10/10 would recommend this company to everyone
