There is not one complaint I can possibly even think of! The customer service is Chickfala status, there is never a line when walk into building. Anytime I call someone is answering the phone within 3 minutes. I would give this branch 10 stars if I could. It is difficult when you lose something that is valuable and just want to turn off the ability to use the card, but are continually told there is nothing they can do. I had been very pleased with everything that Eastman had done for us previously, but this lack of customer service has me second guessing my decisions.
