What makes Sachi so exceptional is how thorough and attentive she is. She keeps track of all the medical information I share with her, remembers the details, and thoughtfully adjusts my treatments based on exactly where I am in the process. She supported me throughout IVF - from preparing for my embryo transfer, to the transfer itself, and then all the way through pregnancy. My doctor recommended I receive acupuncture before my embryo transfer. I wish I had started during egg retrieval. Interestingly, the one time I went through an embryo transfer without seeing Sachi, the embryo did not implant. When preparing for my next transfer, I compared what I did the first time that worked. I kicked myself when I remembered that during my previous successful pregnancy I had weekly acupuncture treatments with Sachi. I immediately went back to routine visits with her ahead of the next transfer. That next embryo worked, and I now continue seeing Sachi throughout my second pregnancy. I am incredibly thankful for the healthiest, happiest first baby and a smooth pregnancy and very easy C-section delivery and recovery at my advanced maternal age. I know my treatments with Sachi played a huge role in my outcome. She was also such a reassuring and supportive presence throughout the entire experience. Sachi is knowledgeable, meticulous, calming and caring, and genuinely invested in her patients. I will always be grateful for the role she has played in helping me grow my family. I recommend her wholeheartedly, especially to anyone going through IVF, from egg retrievals to preparing for an embryo transfer, or looking for support throughout pregnancy. Added bonuses : booking is a breeze, location is very convenient, very clean and hygienic, and serene environment in a beautiful building.

Sometimes, we have asked about them, and then the herbs aren't ready when I come out. She doesn't offer me cupping anymore, even though in the past that's been really helpful at other places. I'm thinking about not going back. I feel like she's not sure what to do with my health problems. I'm not getting better. I feel relaxed when I leave her office and always have a nice little nap on the table, but overall, my symptoms aren't improving. Other acupuncturists I went to would get me in and help me out if I had a migraine, but she doesn't offer this. It takes awhile to get ahold of her if call in. Brielle is an extraordinary practitioner, but what makes her so special goes far beyond her skill with acupuncture. She is incredibly kind, compassionate, intuitive, and deeply present. I never feel like I'm just another appointment on her schedule. She listens, she pays attention, and she genuinely cares about me as a whole person. What amazes me most is how quickly Brielle can hone in on what's going on with me and my nervous system. She notices things I sometimes haven't even recognized yet, and she is so often dead-on. After seeing her for years, I have an enormous amount of trust in her ability to understand what my body needs and tailor each session accordingly. Brielle has also seen me through some of the most stressful and difficult seasons of my life. When life feels relentless and my nervous system seems to have forgotten that an "off" switch exists, she somehow helps my body find it again. Her care has become one of the constants I rely on, and I don't say that lightly. There have been times when I've walked into her office carrying an enormous amount of stress, and somehow, under her care, my whole system finally lets go. And when I say "lets go," I mean it. I go into a state of relaxation so deep that "relaxed" doesn't really describe it. I joke that Brielle sends me into another dimension. My whole system seems to surrender in a way I rarely experience anywhere else. I feel it all the way to my core, and my body genuinely craves that feeling. Every session feels like a profound reset. In fact, I'm usually so blissed out afterward that I don't immediately leave. I sit in the office for a while, drink tea, and slowly come back to Earth. That little ritual has become part of the experience for me, too. Vy, who is absolutely wonderful, makes the tea bags herself and brings them in. She is thoughtful, kind, and always goes the extra mile to help make sure I can get the appointments I need. That says a lot about what Brielle has created at Yinfinite. The care isn't transactional. It's personal. I feel known there. I feel safe there. And I feel deeply cared for. There are plenty of places to get acupuncture. Yinfinite is something different. Brielle has created a place where exceptional skill and genuine human care come together. She has made a meaningful difference in my life, and I am incredibly grateful to have her in it.

Her cupping has been a game changer for my neck and shoulder (I had frozen shoulder) and am very active so I'm often hurting myself one way or another. Angela herself is warm, authentic, and wonderful to chat and laugh with. We love sharing restaurant finds. But what happened this week completely blew my mind! I had horrific calf pain after running stairs with a 20 lb weighted vest two days in a row. I was miserable. I felt like I had calf surgery! While treating my calf, Angela said it felt like the needle was going into a steel plate! I was horrified, thinking what did I do and how long before I heal? The very next morning I woke up... and the pain was gone. I could not believe it. I went to the gym and did leg press and my full leg circuit like nothing had happened. I had no idea acupuncture could be that directly effective. I'm weirdly excited to see what Angela does with my next problem! Thank you, Angela!

I have been consistently going here for a few months (every 1-2 weeks) and am sorry to post such a…read morenegative review, but I feel like a place with a main goal to heal people should embody that philosophy in how they treat customers, but unfortunately have found that not to be the case here. First of all, I want to echo previous reviews that Minal indeed has amazing bedside manners and I have seen her several times and have been treated with nothing but respect and kindness. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the front desk person working on Thursday, Dec 10, 2026 - Alyssa, and to a lesser extent, Angela the owner. Again, like previous reviews of interactions with the front desk, it seems they are incapable of having any empathy for customers. In my case, I was running late for my 4PM appointment and called around 3:30PM (answered by Alyssa) to see what could be done. I was told the policy was strictly a 10min grace period so if I arrived at 4:11PM, I would be charged a $75 late fee. This was very frustrating because I was scheduled to arrive right around 4:10PM, but a simple traffic light could be the difference between arriving at 4:10 or 4:12, but Alyssa firmly stated they wouldn't even make a minute exception even though I had never been late before in any previous appointments. This stressed me out so much so even though I managed to arrive at exactly 4:10 (got lucky with the traffic lights), I was dis-regulated and accidentally slammed the door that was the entrance to the clinic (it is super light, definitely one of those indoor hollow doors). Alyssa glares at me and states there are other patients and I said something to the effect of Oh well I was very stressed out trying to get here on time due to the policy, so sorry and obviously this won't happen again. And she continues glaring and mutters ..crazy... while looking me straight in the eye. And then she's like ugh whatever Minal will talk to you, in a tone straight out of Mean Girls and leads me to the room. A minute later, I come back out asking if I could use the bathroom (not sure if I would be charged the late fee for it so wanted to check) and she glares at me for a solid few seconds, as if in disbelief I dare talk to her again, before begrudgingly saying uh yea whatever... The next day, Angela the owner called me to talk about the incident, so I told her what happened and mentioned Alyssa called me crazy, and she said that she heard from Alyssa that she said "That's crazy...", and not "YOU'RE crazy...". Now my question is does that make a difference? When your front desk receptionist looks a customer in the eye and says CRAZY, does it matter if it was preceded by "you're" or "that's"? It felt like 75% of my call with Angela was her basically saying she didn't know who to believe with the he-said-she-said (then why call me to talk about it) and nitpicking on the details of the name calling. I called her out on it and she apologized and emphasized she does not condone Alyssa's behavior, but it didn't feel sincere due to her previous comments. Philosophically, I hate places that can't make a 1 minute exception as a one-time deal (I get if someone is chronically late that you gotta respect other people's time and pay for it), but I would say if it were only this, I would be giving this place maybe 3 stars for the inflexibility since it is their right and it's just preference but not a crime or anything. But 1 star for Alyssa's behavior and the very confusing defensive call from Angela afterwards.
