From the moment she started, it felt like she intuitively knew exactly where my body needed the most attention. The pressure was perfect, and every movement felt purposeful and incredibly relaxing. I am not sure what my "therapist" was doing, but it was not a massage. The reflexology portion was her basically rubbing lotion on my feet and calves. For the massage portion I had asked to focus on my head, neck and shoulders. She did not even massage those areas! She did not massage my arms; it was more like squeezing and pulling on my skin. Before I went in my back did not hurt but it did when I left. She dug her elbow into my back in various places, no actual massage. My daughter's friend's therapist left the room 4 times to talk to people who came in and answered the phone during the session. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because my daughter said her massage was decent.

Unfortunately baby girl didn't come that weekend, so I ended up scheduling another prenatal 30 min massage a couple days later (where I'm also 41+ weeks) to get some work in before my chiro adjustment down the road and WOW...that 30 min massage was seriously the best I ever had during this pregnancy. This time, I had Cindy and she made sure to hit allll the labor points, including my feet, lower back, and even thighs. Ended my session with a yummy head massage too. Felt so good + so refreshed by the end of my session, it was truly a solid 10/10. I also noticed it was a lot easier for my chiro to adjust me, too.
