Last week I was running around going from store to store shopping for specific items. Everything…read morewas great until the final stretch. It had to be 1.5 miles from home when my car decided it was time to quit. I guess it had enough running around. I get RJB tow service to scoop up my car. Thankfully I did not have to wait hours they arrived in a timely fashion. They got my car towed to Vita Automotive. They have no drop box but not an issue since I live close. They got my car in the shop. Now I was not expecting preferential treatment so I was not bothered that my car was not completed "now". My gut told me what the problem was and I had a rough idea of the cost of repairs so again not the least bit concerned when I was not called to tell me what the issue was. Bottom line Vita does good work they are fair and reasonable. I am a convert now!

He had to wait 2MONTHS for parts. And now they are "working" on the car for the past 2 weeks but they keep pushing the date back as to when it will be ready. "Not today, tomorrow, next week etc etc." when the initial time frame was only supposed to be a couple of days. It's upsetting that he is unable to drive the brand new car that he paid for and continues to receive the run around from the staff.
