He came to look at the project ON TIME and spent a good half hour going over my expectations as well as what he thought was needed. We came to an agreement and 2 weeks later the job is done! Project required 55 yards of fill and he topped that with 4"of topsoil, seeded and placed hay over the area for the new grass to take hold. His men cleaned up both nights before they left and you would NEVER know that they were there! His equipment 'damaged' some of the existing grass and he left a WHOLE bag of seed to make it right again! To decide here to ok unprofessional behavior lets future potential customers decide on their own to see if they want to go through this and if the lawn doctor guarantee is real.
