Made an appointment and arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment time like they ask. First let me say that the young lady at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. She even checked on me after about 20 mins of waiting, to see if she could get me anything. I could tell she felt bad when I walked past her thanking her for her help and ultimately left without getting my taxes done. I waited for 1 hour past my appointment time and was told that it would be another 15 minutes before I was up. I just got up said I'm done and left. It's ridiculous that I pay a $60 None Refundable "new client" fee and get treated as if my time isn't important. Now I have to find another person to prepare my taxes and make and wait for that appointment, delaying my taxes being done!!! I will never recommend them to anyone or attempt to use them in any fashion in the future!! Update: They refunded my new client fee.

It goes on and on. I had to file a lawsuit to recover prepaid fees for services not rendered. It was a disgusting, agonizing experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Run from this company and thank goodness you were warned. And to top it off, I got a cease and desist letter from her attorney telling me to stop posting reviews online.
