They provided initial designs that didn't even meet the code requirements. I was sent several change orders that I never agreed to that virtually doubled the based contract price. They cannot point to any work done in any iteration of the design to demonstrate there was any additional work done in the first place. A disorganized poorly run outfit that specializes in change orders. Not worth the gamble and they will cost you time and money. Horrible engineering firm. Dishonest with their delivery promises by being 2 months past what was promised via email. They did survey/topo work for a subdivision and used the wrong benchmark (the contract stated they were responsible for using the correct benchmark) causing my elevations to be off 5.71 feet, they had a sewer line and a water line crossing at the same elevation, had construction activity off my property on a neighbors property without their permission, used the wrong project name and number on plans submitted to the city, had to re-do the storm water calculations twice because she used the wrong standards. It goes on and on. I had to file a lawsuit to recover prepaid fees for services not rendered. It was a disgusting, agonizing experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Run from this company and thank goodness you were warned. And to top it off, I got a cease and desist letter from her attorney telling me to stop posting reviews online.
