He also sells at the Camas Farmer's Market and we always try to support them when we can. You can find special events during the holidays - and the Hayride is definitely a hit with all the toddlers! They are all so very healthy. At 12 weeks, I called the feed store to see if they might know of a place that takes roosters. Our rooster is docile, like the chickens because we held them all. He is also a beautiful Barnevelder, see photo. They said to have him at the store by 8 and they will put him out to be taken by someone else who wants him. I hope he goes for breeding and not food. He is beautiful and we love him. He was Cherry Blossom until he crowed. Now he is Jerry Blossom. Thank you Burns Feed for helping and being realistic about the possibility of a rooster.
