Not happy with this place. We were told that we could not use the big commercial kitchen, because they didn't want to turn on the gas. The carpets are stained from what looks like vomit. The toilets were disgusting and did not look like they had been cleaned for weeks. The doors were damaged with holes in them. The fire exits were illegally locked with metal bars. The foyer had water damage from leaks. It smelled bad because of all this and the Glass windows were really dirty, so badly you couldn't see out of them. The down lights in the hall looked like they had exploded years ago. There's a huge crack in the brickwork that looks like the wall was going to collapse and the dance floor was sticky. Whoever has been running the place should be sacked. We weren't happy and was offered a $50 discount. hahahaha what a joke. read more

Was not happy with the lady doing the bookings. Was rude and double booked my appointment so ruined my party. No apologies she was rude and then tried to blame me for giving her the wrong date which was a lie! I think I remember the date of my birthday! I have one every year! She had the the booking 3 months away from the actual date!! read more
