I was recently asked by my manager to help organise an event for our Sydney office to celebrate our companies recent move into New Zealand. It was quite a task to organise as I had never done anything like this before. I was given a budget and set a job to cater to one hundred guests which seemed very daunting at the time. I used a local business in Smithfield called Party Hire Group.
The staff were really helpful and explained everything I would need, from a marquee, to chairs, tables, sound, lighting and entertainment. They took the time to discuss the different options available and what products suited our type of event and what I would need to hire to make the party a success.
Their prices were great and the delivery and set up was flexible to our requriements. It made it easy to deal with a friendly team and their range of different party hire products made it easy as I was able to get most of the things we needed at the one place.
Overall it was a great experience dealing with them and I would recommend them to others who might get thrown in the deep end and have to organise a party. read more
