They are 3rd party brokers for all car rentals. After our Hertz car rental cancelled at the last second and right before our flight (to a world cup game location), we called the Hertz phone number and thought we were talking to a Hertz agent -- but that number was actually "Florida Winter Springs Car Rentals" and "Orbtickets". Again, 3rd party brokers. Although the customer service guy re-booked us a car rental, it was $250 more and he never mentioned he wasn't a Hertz agent until the last sentence of the conversation. Horrible lying scammers- I was having a hard time making the final payment for my cruise on their app so I called who I thought was the cruise agent and she told me reason why it wasn't going through was because I didn't pay my port fee. I've never heard anything like that before and I told her that that's usually included in the price of the ticket. She said no she's showing that's why it won't go through so me I fell for it and they charged me $384 for I don't know what I wound up calling the cruise line and they told me my payment did go through and when I told him about my experience with ORB tickets, they didn't know who that was so I called my credit card company and filed a dispute what nerve taking peoples harder in cash go get a job you lazy pigs. Hope they all wind up in jail. read more

SCAMMERS Do not work with this company. They are fraud. They claimed to be AVIS rental car when in fact they are nothing but scammers. Charged my card for something saying they were Avis and in turn when I spoke to the Avis counter, they knew nothing about the transaction nor this company. Run fast from them. Terrible. I accidentally found this company when searching for Budget Car Rental. I booked a car with them. They did a bait and switch on price and I was asked to "confirm" my transaction by email and give my credit card # over the phone. When I questioned whether or not I was speaking DIRECTLY to Budget Car Rental, the man said yes. His email said: carrentals@orbtickets.com" NOT Budget. I confirmed. I asked again. Same answer. Meantime, my credit card company sent me a fraud alert and had already cancelled the transaction. I was fortunate. I later researched and indeed, they are a travel company. They are not BBB accredited and others have complained that they misrepresent themselves as this gentleman did. I later found Budget Car Rental and made a reservation directly through them, not this travel broker. They have offices in Florida and in Wyoming but they are listed as a "foreign LLC" in Florida. I started a BBB complaint but stopped because I'm afraid they might be able to mess with my current reservation. Be very careful with this company. read more

SCAM ALERT: they impersonate airlines. They are a third party ticket agency. Refuse refunds when the flight they promised you is not available. Purposely tell you they ARE the airline . They are not! Had to cancel my credit card to keep them from billing me. Recorded their lying conversation & misrepresentation. Sending it to my congressman and every agency I can find that regulates travel. Orb Tickets is still actively SCAMMING people. I and 3 friends thought we were calling Delta and the agent SAID he was DELTA. We booked flights to Alaska and home to Detroit back in Oct. 2022. The trip is for Aug/Sep 2023. We did verify later, that we got the seats with Delta. Later in Feb 2023, the same agent called and said Delta changed the time and flight and we HAD to pay additional money to re-book right now. We realized once we received emails from Orb Tickets in Oct that we were dealing with a travel agency, but wondered if Delta was contracting their flights out to only travel agencies, since we got the phone number from a Delta website and the agent did say he was with Delta. So being trusting and (dumb) inexperienced, and not knowing the contractual arrangements between travel agencies and the air lines we paid the additional money of $389 each. Delta told us they had a different email than ours to be notified by the airlines for any changes. Delta did have a change in time & flight # in Feb, but said we should never have had to pay anything additional. I've since had Delta delete the scam email and put our emails in for additional airline updates. I've since cancelled my credit card, since they may sell the info later and I've disputed the payment with my credit card company which I think I'll get reimbursed. My friends did the same. read more

This is a SCAM. They list themselves as Delta Airlines and say they are Delta Airlines when you call. They charge outrageous sums saying there are fees to change your tickets to the tune of $1800 and other such nonsense. If you are in a hurry or not paying attention you will be scammed. If you are lucky to win the dispute with your credit card company Orb will stalk you to the end of time for the money. Scam alert websites and numerous Reddit threads all talk about Orb Tickets as a scam, you will find nothing online saying this is an honorable company. Run don't walk away from this company. Go directly to specific airline sites when looking for phone numbers to reach the airline. The first suspicious thing about Orb Tickets is that a human answers immediately, if you have ever tried an airline phone number and want a human to help you you can be kept on hold for literally hours or they offer to call you back and say you won't lose your place in the queue (maybe true?). As unpleasant as that is, you'll feel worse if you get scammed. read more
