My mother, who was traveling for the first time in years, visited this agency based on a friend's recommendation. She was hoping to have a smoother trip for herself and my sisters, especially with someone who could communicate in our native language (Armenian). Unfortunately, this was a huge mistake. Hovannes booked our tickets to Armenia with Qatar Airways, but when it came time for my mother's return, things went downhill fast. My sisters returned on their original tickets, but my mother had to contact Hovannes to change her return date. He told her that she couldn't extend her Qatar ticket and would need to book with Air France instead, promising she'd get a refund for the unused Qatar ticket, minus a fine. After paying for the full return fare with Air France, my mother made her way back to the U.S., but that's when the real trouble started. Hovannes was incredibly difficult to communicate with. Every time we tried to reach him, he was either "too busy" or promised to return our call - but never did. His attitude was downright horrible. He was rude, arrogant, and lied about everything. After a year of going back and forth with him, we couldn't get any help from Qatar Airways because they said he was the agent involved and needed to resolve the issue. It's been a year now, and my mother still hasn't received her refund. It's been an absolute waste of our time. I can't stress enough how unprofessional and unhelpful this agency is. Save yourself the stress, time, and money - avoid this agency. Go with a bigger, more reputable company or book directly with an airline. Hovik saved my trip. No one could help me get my passport renewed after waiting for 2 months to get it back. I called them dozens of times, stayed on hold for hours only for them to tell me to call back closer to my flight and then to tell me I have to fly to another state to get an appointment to go get my passport. Hovik made it happen in a day. I called him, went to see him that same day, and I had my passport in 24 hours. It took so long and couldn't get an appt. for the next steps so we were going to have to fly to Seattle for an appt. We were very nervous because we didn't know him but decided to take the plunge and within two days our son's passport arrived in a Fed-EX envelope. He also ended up being able to get us an appt. at the Federal building within this time span too but since we already had the passport, it wasn't necessary. I have purchased multiple vacation packages from him and he has been nothing but honest and very helpful when it comes to choosing my tickets and hotels. Johnny is very rude. Told me to transfer the money within an hour through zelle, so I did. It was on 7/19 and today is 7/31. First he told me 5-10 days and then 10 business days. Promised to send an email to my son as soon as he gets the money. My son did not get an email till after 8 days. I called the office and nobody picked up the phone and then it was put to a busy signal. My son texted a few times and Johnny did not reply to him or to me. Hovik is a very rude and unprofessional, did not provide me with any of my request. He canceled my family trip with out notice or warning just days before my trip. When I called him to ask him if he received my last payment days after paying him the complete trip, he was yelling at me for no reason saying it was canceled already. Had I not given him a call, I would've never known it was canceled. Yet he took all my complete payments towards the trip. He eventually said he could get me my trip back for an extra amount of money which I shouldn't have had to pay anything because they never warned me about canceling it. As I arrived to trip, come to find out, my hotel remained cancelled. He never rebooked it. I was forced to book a whole new room and put another grand for it just so that my family and I could enjoy our trip.
