Go in the front, to the left you see and elevator. Floor two and you'll see the sign. Easy to find really. I was greeted by Connie up front. She's wonderful! She was so helpful with scheduling appointments. The wait time was nonexistent. Got right in. Dr. Radel and his assistants did a great job explaining everything and checking in along the way. It was honestly just like getting a cavity filled.. for an hour lol. My dentist friends and my regular dentist complimented his work. Dr. Radel also called the next day to make sure everything was alright. Which it was, I experienced zero issues with either root canal. I would say for a root canal, this was about the best experience I could hope for. He did a great job, numbed me up very well, and didn't hesitate to go back in when he felt the job wasn't quite "perfect" yet. I appreciated that. After insurance it cost me $358 so there's that. I would recommend Dr. Radel and Beaches Endodontics but seriously hope I don't go back for a long long long time lol.

Dr. Lundgren is Truly an AMAZING endodontist!…read more I had no pain or symptoms from my lower left molar before my dentist treated a small cavity during a crown replacement. Two days later, I developed excruciating pain. Unfortunately, I was not referred to an endodontist until after almost two weeks of pain. I specifically asked my dentist to send me to Dr. Lundgren because he had treated me years ago and I already trusted him. By the time the referral was made and I was able to see Dr. Lundgren, the pain had become unbearable. I was taking pain medication every 5 hours just to manage the pain and could barely sleep. I was also extremely nervous about the epinephrine numbing injections, but Dr. Lundgren completely changed that experience and helped me overcome a fear I had carried for years. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained why some people experience intense heart palpitations or hyperventilation reactions and how he helps prevent those horrible reactions for his patients by carefully following proper injection protocols and making sure the epinephrine is administered in the correct location. He was kind, caring, knowledgeable, thorough and never rushed. He stayed with me throughout the procedure and made me feel safe. We used epinephrine injections and I had absolutely no pain and no heart palpitations. The entire root canal was completely comfortable After weeks of terrible pain and anxiety, I finally had my root canal completed comfortably. Dr. Lundgren didn't just treat my tooth -- he helped me overcome a fear I had carried for years. Dr. Lundgren is truly the best and I am so grateful I was able to see him again when I needed him most for another challenging root canal. I am also thankful to his entire team. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of me! Mina

Good Afternoon! From…read morethe moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with wall to wall smiles of love! It was warm with open arms of care 101! My first visit was impressive with an exceptional trained team of professionals in Dr. Hilly and Dr. Lundgren. What did I experience: (1) Dr. Hilly took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my options clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable before starting any treatment. Dr. Hilly provided medication to num me and I did not feel a single amount of pain. The greatest pain experienced was the sight of a needle. That lasted for about 1.5 seconds. a. The Space, The Chair and The office was spotless. It was modern and equipped with advanced technology, which gave me extra confidence in the quality of care. (2) Both of Dr. Hilly's assistants were just as caring and knowledgeable with a willingness to render assistance when needed. a. The assistant put on display compassion for me and also provided oral medications and instructions prior to surgery. b. During the root canal process, both assistants and the doctor worked in precision unity complimenting each other with kindness as if this was a years long interaction. This kind of inter- action of kindness is a rarity. What Dr. Hilly did for me was needed and the only pain I endured was a what if. Dr. Hilly did an exceptional job. I made it clear I was in his care. In other words, I trust him!!!!! Prior to Dr, Hilly, I endured some (4)real pain that I should not have in memory! Dr. Hilly and his staff restore my faith in dentistry. Again, I have to praise he and his team as they are lovable and remind me of time at home with Dr. Charles Burton! In closing: this team, this group of personnel are an exceptional group of men and women geared to provide a service they have been so trained to do. I am convinced that on Gate Parkway, Dr. Hilly and Dr. Lundgren have been put in place to set a pattern for other doctors to follow in being open to kindness from beginning to end, pain free dentistry and to continue to be an eye opening experience of continued smiles throughout North Florida! Good Day To You All! Darryl D. Atkins

imply called A Smile Resort representing my girl friend Amy, looking to reach Dr. Zimmerman who I…read morefeel is a very thorough and qualified dentist BUT, whoever answered the phone had a very obnoxious tone and although Dr. Zimmerman is predominately listed as a primary dentist at this office, I was told, very rudely, that he is "fully retired" and I could not be provided any means to reach him. I met him at Quality Dentures in Palatka less than a year ago where he worked. When I asked "The Smile Resort" why he is listed as their dentist on their website, the lady said "because he had worked there for a long time." This information does not add up and appears to be misleading. If you are looking for a dental office that at least seems to care about you as a potential customer/patient, steer clear. The receptionist was very nasty and who knows what doctors actually work there since I was told Dr. Zimmerman does not and he is the first doctor that shows up on their website. Attached is a photo of a dental treatment plan created by Dr. Zimmerman on June 20, 2024 as a dentist for Palatka - Quality Dentures and Implants which, by the way, has changed names to "Harbour Dental" in order to avoid providing paid in full dentures to several patients (steer clear of that office too and look for my review to explain why). So how has Dr. Zimmerman worked for "The Smile Resort" for "a long time" if he provided a dental treatment plan from another dental office less than a year ago, hmmm? Myself and my girl friend has had terrible experiences at 4 Florida dental practices so far. Soooo sad. We have lost time, money, and most importantly have fallen victim to very bad dental recommendations that will result in very expensive dental solutions. Do your research and get several recommendations before any dental choice you need to make. Do everything you can to save teeth and prevent letting them take the fast, easy money and pulling teeth leaving you with the only option of implants or dentures. Please note, I fully support Dr. Zimmerman from the little experience that I had with him and this should not reflect on him in any way. Also note (to be perfectly fair) Yelp would not let me remove "oh no, what could improve?" "Type of care" or "care quality". I only had a bad 3xperience with the receptionist tone and attitude over the phone when I was initially very nice and respectful, complimenting Dr. Zimmerman. After the woman's rude tone persisted, I let her know just how unprofessional and disrespectful her tone was and someone made a mistake letting her be the point of contact with an attitude like that taking calls as a representative of their company. That is why this review has been posted.

Dental Center of Jacksonville, Jacksonville, FL…read more I highly recommend this dental practice! After a week of struggling with nerve pain, my husband called and scheduled an appointment for me immediately. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the doctor was very knowledgeable. It turns out I need a root canal. What stood out most, though, is that they didn't pressure me into additional services. They accept PPO dental insurance, though unfortunately, my husband and I won't have insurance until April. They made every effort to assist with financing options, and I want to emphasize that they didn't attempt to upcharge. In fact, they did everything they could to help make the procedure affordable, despite our current financial situation. As soon as we have insurance, I will definitely return for the root canal, and we plan to schedule appointments for my husband and daughter to have their teeth cleaned as well. I also want to mention their impressive high-tech 3D imaging system, which I had never seen before. It was amazing and really added to the overall experience Address: 6144 S Gazebo Park Pl #210, Jacksonville, FL 32257 Number for appointments: 904-815-0525
