This motel is very nice, I do not understand why people are leaving such false reviews on yelp. Not good customers at all.

Siena at Bella Collina - Business Center

Siena at Bella Collina

(7 reviews)

I stayed here for the weekend because a friend was getting married at the Club at Bella Collina and…read moremost of the guests were staying here. It's beautiful and well maintained, the staff are so very friendly and helpful. The pool was so nice, as were the screened in patios and balconies, and the plush robes were definitely appreciated. The condo was impeccably clean and elegant, it felt like being at home. One thing that I wish I'd known when booking: the condos are not on the Club grounds, they are down the road about half a mile. I didn't rent a car because on the website it looked as though the condos were part of the entire resort. Once I got there I realized it was separate and there are no options for food, etc or getting to the Club other than driving. My own fault for not renting a car, but I wanted to make sure others were aware. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area again, think I would make sure to text a car!

Our family booked a 3 BR 3 BA condo until to enjoy a staycation at Siena. We are locals, so we want…read moreto be close to the attractions without feeling like tourists, and Sienna offered us just that. We arrived to the quiet property, adjacent the gorgeous Bella Collina Country Club. Bella has long been one of our favorite destinations locally for golf and spa and especially our day dates, so when we heard a new option was available to stay on property we were very excited. We brought our kids along on the adventure. Our accommodations were luxurious and every detail was thoughtfully our together. We had a very roomy and comfortable condo unit, television in every room with cable and Apple TV access, as well as 3 full bathrooms. It was very convenient for a larger family or group getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans for cooking and we used them all weekend. I loved that each unit had a view of the lake and pool area. We went down on the first night and enjoyed the pool. We had no idea we would have a front row seat to the Disney fireworks, directly from our pool view. It was awesome. The kids enjoyed the nature. The property sits on a private lake and we got up early to watch the sunrise from our balcony each morning. It was spectacular. The facilities also included a gorgeous workout and fitness center. We were also very close to restaurants and shops, as well as close to Disney properties and theme parks. My husband and son folded and I enjoyed the spa. We ate at the restaurant at Bella Collina called the 19th Hole and it was delicious! The chef has amazing menu items for every palette. Everything was so fresh and the ambiance in the restaurant was so relaxed and comfortable. We literally felt like we were whisked away, out of Florida throughout our 2 day staycation. We highly recommend this property for family getaways, guys golf getaways, girls' weekend of pampering, couple's weekend or even family reunions or to provide a nice place to stay for parties and event guests at Bella Collina. We attend the New Year's eve celebrations at Bella annually, and now we are excited to be able to book a room and make it a night after the festivities end. We love it and will definitely be back!

WoodSpring Suites - Clermont - Check in window was shut and nobody was present to check us in, as promised. However, footsteps were heard behind the shutters.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel…read more I made a reservation at WoodSpring Suites Claremont three days in advance for New Year's Eve. After spending the evening at Universal Studios Orlando, which was open until 2 AM, I called the hotel twice prior to arrival to confirm our late check-in. Both times, I was reassured by Maria that arriving by 3 AM would not be an issue and that staff would be available to check us in. However, when we arrived at 2:30 AM--well within the time they promised--we found the front desk completely closed. The check-in window was shut, and no staff member was present. After multiple attempts to reach someone by phone, I finally got through, only to be hung up on. Subsequent calls went unanswered, leaving us completely stranded. If the hotel has an earlier check-in cutoff, they should clearly communicate that. We would have adjusted our plans to arrive earlier if we had been told. Instead, we were misled and left in a horrible situation with young children in the middle of the night, far from home, and during a time when all nearby hotels were fully booked due to the holiday. Being forced to sleep in our car as a family because of the hotel's unprofessionalism is unacceptable. What's worse, we were not a disruptive or problematic group--just a family trying to follow the policies that the hotel itself stated. As of now, I have not received a refund, and I likely never will. Please save yourself the stress and avoid this hotel at all costs. Their lack of accountability, false promises, and unprofessional behavior are appalling. Marijuana smell outside is so strong Pool is extremely disgusting,I think I have Herpes. One weird kid would not leave the pool, was making me extremely uncomfortable. Although I didn't see any, Im sure the bed was riddled with bedbugs. Didn't take any chances and wore an entire body suit, gloves, and socks included. At 12:30 am, footsteps, banging, and screaming heard on third floor. Next day, I realized there was no third floor. Tv extremely small, and forgot my glasses at my home. Not hotels fault but I want to blame them so bad. Good thing room is extremely small. Fridge was nice, but was on its side and upside down when I woke up. Dad went downstairs to get charger from car, and hasn't been seen since. The reviews were correct, no coffee maker Will come back again, overall not that bad of an experience.

It was clean, but the king size bed we had was okay (not perfect) but okay & comfortable to sleep in, but not the best because it made a lot of noise when trying to get comfortable to get to sleep. Overall not bad for a night or two folks, but not the greatest.
