Don't waste your money with this agency.
I have been a client of this agency since 1989, when it was run by someone else.
Since then it has changed considerably.
I have been promised things that have never come to pass,(such as a search for better rates).
I'm promised callbacks which never come.
I only hear reasons justifying the rates.
No effort is made to do much about it. Just talk.
In March of this year, I was told by Diane that she would check into answers to some questions I had, and would call me back by mid-April.
That call never came.
On Sunday, May 1st, I called & left a message requesting a call back. That never came.
Finally, once I called Diane back ( YET AGAIN !), on May 11th, she only acknowledged receipt of my never-returned calls, once I brought up the subject.
I then received a half-hearted apology of sorts.
How professional!!
Spend your insurance money where you will also receive some customer service.
