This was the easiest car insurance quote I've ever received... I'm going with Geico!!! I walked in, had and gave all of mine and my vehicle's information. Got a quote, I liked it. I accepted. Gave my banking info for payment and walked out the door. New Insurance, no complications, Great customer service! Easy Breezy!!! The office was great! Geico, the overall company, I am a little leary of. If you crash, It's called an accident, not an on purpose. So be sure to know exactly what you are signing up for and what your policy entails. Something like Car rental coverage is an option. Choose it or not, you're going to want that if you happen to have an accident, even if its not your fault. Geico will not cover car rentals without it... Stay away from the roadside assistance. 10-15 years ago I had it and when I was looking for different insurance, other places said I had a lot of driving "incidents" on my record. Found out these "incidents" were my roadside assistance calls like flat tire or locking my keys in the car. That was Geico the company, not this office. A clean driving record will get you a great rate here! I like that they don't punish the good driver's. As with any accident, your rates will go up. Also Other insurance companies bundle the good and bad driver's of an area to determine rates and come up with an average so you pay more because your neighbor is a bad driver lol. They also offer other types of insurance Like home and renters insurance. They also give bundle discounts! Even after you sign up, get the app, read over your policy and make adjustments as needed. Sometimes they offer so many options that it can be overwhelming. Whether you like the company or not, this office is great! Geico uses unfair practices. They overcharge and is very difficult to get a resolve over issues. Their website does not work if you're removing a driver. They take no ownership over their incompetent website. Finally they sent the correct link but by then they continue to charge for another months coverage well after you have notified them several times. read more

When you search for a GEICO online policy it will be very misleading. You will get a price and then when you proceed to process and activate your car insurance they do not provide all the factors in their policy. Next, to keep your rate they will request a drive safe policy application as a fellow new client to them that was never stated to start your request to work with them. If you disagree with this then next you will be paying a higher rate to stay with them. All misleading the customer! I would not recommend to get this insurance and deal with this process! read more

Worst experience ever.. Not only did my fiancee get into a bad accident and is ln pain but they won't pay For the rental and he changed the insurance when we got the new truck.. One star, because you can't give zero. After 30+ years of being insured through Amica (auto, home & life), I switched to Geico when my 16 year old son started driving. It was actually cheaper for both of us to be insured with Geico than it was with me on Amica alone, Unfortunately, I had my first accident (in 30+ years of no accidents) this past year. Geico immediately raised my rates by 28+ percent! Now I understand the inspiration behind the Liberty Mutual TV commercials, "one small fender-bender..."
