Total scammer - reassured me I could bring the phone back within a year if any problems, then when I called because of the replacement screen glitching, aggressively told me I was given no warranty. If I knew this was the case I wouldn't have even handed my phone over - I was very clearly lied to. I'm reporting this 'business' to trading standards as its dealings seem more than suspicious. This was the reply to my comment…read more.. We took out 24 months warranty on the device!! We went in to the Coventry store to be told it was the plug that was wrong!! The second time we went in we where told it was the input from the charger to the device that was broken and it was because of wear and tare!! and the store refused to fix it. We have had the device 3 months and paid extra for the 24 months cover!!.. the store refused to replace or repair the dev, and your head office would over rules the stupidity of the store manager. I believe this goes against consumer rights, and I'll be taking it further. Your comment is not helpful as I clearly said we took out the extra cover!!!!! You refused to honour it. disgusting customer service…read more lied about a fault on my son's tablet on our first visit. then on the second visit they refused to fix the charger socket that is faulty des the fact we have a 24 month warranty that's only 5 months old.. made a complaint to their head office and they backed up the store manager even though he blatantly lied. Awful - sold a phone on eBay that was not working and described as not working - for parts only and…read moreno returns as a result - he clearly thought it would be a quick easy fix or thouht he could take some parts from it so decided to raise a case on PayPal by damaging the phone and removing a screw saying it was not as described - confirmed later by PayPal as the exact reason for the complaint - I now have to assume he removed parts he needed and sent back for a refund and probably does this a lot and knows how to play the system. I lost money and now have a phone I can't sell. They claim in their response to the google review that they do not buy and sell through eBay - same name, same address Complete crooks - avoid theses guys like the plague they will just scam you !!!

Claimed to look for it, didn't get back to her. I went in the day after to see if it had been found - the guy in charge told me to my face he has more important things to do and no time to waste! Tried to get his minion (worker who looks about 12) to fob me off! Completely unprofessional and huffed and puffed giving me a load of excuses while he tried random o2 sim cards in front of me after my insistence (he did this in a room downstairs without me seeing) instead of owning up to the fact their service and quality is non-existent, they aren't able to complete basic tasks, forget data protection! Blamed the phone for being too old, said if we had gone back the same day the sim would be found. There aren't enough characters to review how useless these people are! Prove me wrong please!

The phone shop in earlsdon is on earlsdon high street. Its not very big but has loads of O2 stuff…read morein the windows. The front window also only has about 4 handsets in it. It does not particularly appealing either. So on going in you realise that it is still as unappealing as it looked outside. Also you will notice how small the shop is, considering its a mobile phone shop it really doesnt cut it. There is no choice of handset at all. The staff are helpful but its not somewhere i would part with my cash. They jsut dont seem intrested or helpful enough to make me want to spend. I dont know much about their pricing as i havent stayed in long enough to find out, but from some of them occasional shown in the window you would be better off going to somewhere in town or off the internet!

They always have some sort of deal on so they are rarely overpriced. i think you would do well to buy your mobile from here.
