A great team, they're both very responsive and communicative and make sure to cover everything. No matter what concerns you may have, Chris as the realtor always makes sure to find the answer. Reliable and really sweet, we appreciate both of them. There was a house he had listed for a different client; when we looked at the house he was honest about all aspects of the property and didn't try to push it in any manner. We really appreciated the transparency. Highly recommend Chris and Diana Arrieta!

STAY AWAY! At the time we worked with this agency we were required to sign an exclusivity contract…read morethat obligates us to be stuck with them when looking to purchase a home and I quickly learned why. Lots of promises made that then were not followed through on and master manipulation. Another tip if you're stuck with this agency like we were, don't let them use their own hired inspector for the home you're purchasing. We ended up with an absolute money pit that every single engineer and contractor that has come out has said should have been discovered during an inspection. Hire YOUR OWN inspector that actually has your interest at heart rather than helping shady agents close a deal. Please find any other agency to work with than this one. It is one of the biggest regrets of our family's lives.

Marshall Reddick team rocks from the get go . As soon as I posted an inquiry for Prop Mgt Service,…read morefirst was Tyler who reached out to me right away, not only Tyler prep well all data to support his talking point, the presentation was professionally organized and prep. Tyler was attentive. The first walked for unit assessment went great as planned and Tyler would give me an overall assessment. Next step was Richard (head of maintenance team) who made another visit for details assessment and proceed with recommended things to do for the unit prior to marketing it. Richard also kept me in the loop as how the process went. The whole team from Tyler, to Richard, to Allison work hand in hand that made me feel I have been in good hands all along . Even before the unit is ready to hit the market, Tyler once again reached out to me for any final last thought before he made it public. I am really impressive with this team. Not only each individual who shows the professional courtesy and the urgency of the matter but also the whole team as it works hand in hand between one person (Tyler) to the next (Richard) and then back to Tyler (Marketing) etc. I highly recommended this team

He went completely ghost and did not put in the contract with the sellers that they could take the pots in my front porch. They were there the day before for the walk-through. Cameron mentioned the sellers would be taking some plants,(he should have put that in the contract if the sellers wanted to keep) come to my surprise the day I get the keys. The two front plants are completely gone! Completely unacceptable also during the inspection as well many things were missed, and Cameron and his team recommended this person.. This is from my personal experience

Disappointing experience due to a lack of professionalism, communication, and transparency…read more Our primary contacts throughout the leasing process were Daniel Morgan and Raquel. After we initially declined the lease because the rent was outside our budget, the homeowner personally reached out and invited me back to the property to meet his family and neighbors, answer questions about the home and neighborhood, and discuss the rental terms. Following that meeting, we reached an agreement on a revised rental price, and Daniel and Raquel sent us an updated lease reflecting those terms. We took the time to carefully review the lease and ask questions before signing, as anyone should when entering into a legal agreement. During that process, we felt pressured to sign the lease quickly, despite simply trying to understand the terms of the agreement. We ultimately signed the updated lease and promptly submitted the requested security deposit in good faith. Based on our understanding that we were moving forward with this property, we declined other rental opportunities, which were no longer available when we unexpectedly had to resume our search. What followed was, in our view, the most concerning part of the entire experience. After signing the lease and submitting our security deposit, we received no communication whatsoever from the leasing company regarding next steps, confirmation that our documents had been received, or when we could expect a countersigned lease. We found this unusual and reached out ourselves the following day. Only because we initiated that conversation were we informed that the property had continued to be shown after we had already signed the lease and submitted our deposit. During that conversation, we were told that another applicant had offered the original asking rent and that the owner had decided to move forward with that applicant instead--just 10 days before our scheduled move-in date. While our security deposit was ultimately returned, the handling of this transaction fell well below the level of professionalism, communication, and transparency we expected. We invested significant time and effort into this process, including meeting with the homeowner and his family, negotiating revised lease terms, carefully reviewing the lease, signing the agreement, submitting a substantial security deposit, and making housing decisions in reliance on the understanding that we were moving forward. Our real estate agent, who has more than 20 years of industry experience, told us she had never encountered a situation like this. Regardless of the legal status of the lease before it was fully executed, prospective tenants deserve timely, transparent communication--especially after signing a lease and submitting a security deposit. In our case, we received no proactive communication and only learned that the property was no longer available because we contacted the leasing company ourselves. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company. We encourage prospective tenants to obtain written confirmation regarding when a property will be removed from the market and when their tenancy is considered secure before signing documents, submitting funds, or declining other housing opportunities.
