I can't emphasize enough that she cares and truly is incredible at what she does for you. She has done the impossible for me and my family when I inherited my parents packed property located 2-3 hours away from me. Kate took all of the stress, tension, worry, and overwhelmed sickness and not only did a phenomenal job at clearing it all out, but she succeeded in sale earnings at an astounding level in record time. The most incredible things she has given me is my time and sanity back that I would have lost doing it all on my own. I am in utter shock and disbelief at what she was able to accomplish. She knows exactly what to do with whatever condition the home is in and my parents home was absolutely filled to the brim with stuff. It would have literally taken me a minimum 1.5-2 years while I juggle a full time job and father 2 young kids to go out there when possible and sort and get rid of all of it. The home was honestly so emotional and hard to navigate on my own and so when I handed it off to Kate, she sorted everything, staged everything, appraised everything, marketed everything and sold everything in 1 WEEK. She worked until 2-3am sometimes getting it done when some of her team was sick and couldn't help. She pushes herself hard and I truly believe this is her calling to serve others and those going through enough in grief.
